Reviewed By iamallovertheplaceArrived here by bike and cycled past it twice, even though I knew where it was...I am going to say that is because from the outside, it looks like the local water company’s head office rather than a hotel. Nonetheless, once inside the staff were excellent and tried to help me resolve an issue I had with my GPS. My room on the top floor was fine. The hotel does have a corporate feel about it, which is no bad thing. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town, a bit more to the lovely Château grounds. WiFi wasn’t great - seemed to be fine then went very slow. Anyway, it was a good stay overall.

Reviewed By InogsusVery clean, safe atmosphere. Hard to believe how nice the workers are here. Especially the receptionist. There is almost a family vibe to this place. Internet is excellent. No drops and fast. Place to cook, great little frig, stove, microwave. A bit small, but for the price to be expected. An excellent grocery/department store/mall is a few hundred meters away. Bed was not great, but I am spoiled. Will stay here real soon and every time I am in Paris, which because of this place will be often.

Reviewed By robinsonphilip7I would not hesitate in using this hotel again. Immaculate standards of cleanliness in the room and public areas. Kitchen area had a two plate hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, kettle and perculator.

Nice experience
Reviewed By tudoricadanWe booked two apartments in the main building for three nights. We found both apartments spacious, well furnished and charmingly decorated. The parking is located in the courtyard of the complex and there is space for luggage unloading/loading in front of the main entrance. A small but nevertheless important remark is that of easy access by car to Paris, Versailles, France Miniature, Thoiry Zoo Safari and to many other attractions in the area. The manager and his team are friendly, helpful and professional and we greatly appreciate their assistance during our stay. Overall we had a very nice experience and are glad for choosing this apartments hotel.

You have a choice between 12 modern apartments fully equipped located in the same building in full heart of Versailles. Near to the Chateau de Versailles and to the train station to Paris .
VERY MODERN, BRIGHT and AIRY APARTMENT (minor faults)
Reviewed By marianna cWe stayed at their biggest room for 3 nights. The apartment was very spacious, bright and very clean when we arrived. I would give a higher evaluation if a) they were taking the garbage, thing which never happened during the 3 days of our stay and b) if their garage was at the same premises and especially if its entrance was not so very narrow (high risk of scratches for your car)(fortunately Versailles is a small town and we did not have to take the car our of the garage before our departure!).

From having to argue with the 'welcome' staff to avoid paying twice - imagine that - to staying in filthy, poorly kept and utterly dismal rooms. Truly terrible. I would heartily recommend staying elsewhere. Anywhere.

Reviewed By sarahvalentin2017Dans le but de visiter Deauville et ses alentours nous avons séjourné pendant deux nuits dans cette résidence. Le séjour a été rendu parfait grâce à la sympathie et la bienveillance du personnel. Quant aux chambres il n’y a pas grand chose à redire : la literie est grande et confortable, le ménage est fait tous les jours. De plus, la résidence est très calme et reposante. Enfin, le buffet du petit déjeuné est varié et complet. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir séjourné lors d’une future escapade.

Trip to versailles
Reviewed By 94vikrantkThe Hotel is well located but no view and close to the highway so chose a room that is away from the highway. Lots of restaurants on delivery nearby and you can cook too. Pets are allowed. Some Guests do not wear masks in public areas which is discomforting for some who do. Staff is too nice and polite to insist but if you object they do fumigate the lifts. They do not insist on COVID vaccine pass on check in but from 9th August insisted if you want to take breakfast. Staff is very good and polite and helpful despite long work hours 5 star for that. Some rooms had a foul smell coming from the bathroom pipes it would be good perhaps the hotel to get the drains checked. Nearby area is concrete not much to walk around but lot of supermarkets nearby. The Palace is 11 minutes away.
