Explore the essence of the Smokies in a beautiful one to four bedroom condo with spacious rooms, custom furniture, flat-screen TVs, full kitchens and fireplaces. Relax at lazy river, indoor pool, and at our spa. Located just one mile from Dollywood.
We have had a reservation for this place for a family reunion since October 2021. They called and told us they had double booked over 70 something rooms They are ruining over 70 family vacations!!!we are 7 days out from when we should be checking in. 7 DAY NOTICE I called my brother called we all did to see what was happening all they would say is sorry. They did say if we stayed with them next time we would get a 15% discount this is a joke. They offered nothing else no tickets to any shows no nothing this place has really disappointed us. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was nice but we will Never go back to a place with such poor customer service!!

This Condo was one of the best experiences we’ve had. It is conveniently located, immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Free parking is provided. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the master bedroom and sitting on the balcony with the running creek sound was relaxing. Well equipped kitchen, but no condiments, must bring your own salt and pepper. Coffee and tea were provided. Check out is 10:00am. We stayed at condo #214 and loved the wooden floors and leather couches. Would stay there again for sure and highly recommend.

This is not a very good hotel at all. I was surprised because it had decent reviews. First, I had been trying to contact the hotel days before we arrived and I was never able to get anyone on the phone until the day we arrived. We were not given a code for the door to get in the room until I could get them on the phone. The hotel is moderately convenient to the Main Street in Gatlinburg. For younger people, I think it should be fine. For older people, I think this is probably too far of a hike. We thought that the location would have been much better. I think the area is safe, but it is off the beaten path for sure. The room is significantly dated. I really felt like I was sleeping at my grandmother’s house, but not in a good way. The appliances are all very outdated. The electric hand mixer was literally older than me. It even smells old in the room. There were old cigar or cigarette burns in some of the furniture. THE HOT WATER IS TERRIBLE. We maybe got literally 7 minutes of a warm shower and then it went completely cold. Really disappointing having to take extra time for showers while waiting for more hot water. The room is very noisy. There are kids running wild all over the hotel and we heard them running up and down the walkways all night. Very uncomfortable bed, but the cigarette burned recliner was quite comfortable. We called during business hours but had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. I do not recommend this apartment.

Smack in the middle of the trifecta - Vanderbilt University, Music Row and Belmont University - you can walk to all of the area’s famous attractions, local hot spots, music venues, historic sites, eateries and shopping. Free amenities include parking, wifi, Cable, coffee, and much more!
We had great 1 bedroom apartment, it was very clean and perfect for just me and my husband. There are some cute restaurants/pubs near by for breakfast and or dinner. We mostly took an Uber to Broadway street ($8-15) per trip but you are able to walk there if you're able to. Took us about 30 minutes or so. We would recommend this place and we would likely return one day!

This is a nice place to stay but DO NOT stay on the first floor as you will hear everyone walk in the door throughout the night. We all like to party in Nashville, but if you are looking to get a good nights rest then I suggest looking elsewhere. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything, and I mean everything. Maybe the 2ne-4th floor are different, but the first floor will be extremely LOUD.

This place is like most of the older motels in Gatlinburg. It looks nice and isn't run down but the furnishings are old and well worn. With that being said I did sleep well all three nights we were here. Having a large family I find myself gravitating toward condos more. I have stayed in many different condos in Orlando and Hot Springs but this was my first one in Gatlinburg. This one was by far the smallest. There was not a washer, dryer, or dishwasher. The location is great, easy walk to the parkway. However I was disappointed that inspite of its location it was one of the few on this road not right on the creek. The office is only open for check-in for two hours. They have two pools, an indoor and an outdoor. Didn't do the outdoor but the indoor was a nice large and deep heated pool.

Dust off your favorite pair of dancing shoes. You’re now entering Music City. Honky-tonk, Southern BBQ, and Johnny Cash—oh my! Nashville has a captivating energy, unique and unlike anywhere else. With an endless list of things to see and do, this city will keep you entertained. The Grand Ole Opry, Music Row, and Bluebird Cafe are a few absolute can’t miss attractions. But that’s not all. This city is known for more than just music. Restaurants line the streets offering mouth-watering cuisines with an eclectic mix of flavors. Welcome to Sonder at LC SoBro. As you step into your space you’ll be met with elevated designs, beautiful sun-filled rooms, and comfortable beds. Escape the Southern heat and make yourself at home, or take advantage of the gym. Refreshed and ready for some more? Grab dinner at the Goat, located right downstairs. We recommend the hot chicken and biscuits. Now that your belly is full, enjoy a fun-filled night out on Broadway. This vibrant city is awaiting your arrival.
We had an amazing stay at this location in Nashville. It was close enough to “Broadway” but far enough to be peaceful. Beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to visit Nashville!

Unit 503...1 bedroom, 1 bath. Clean and comfy. It says for handicapped, but the bedroom is kinda small, so not sure about that. However, the shower is walkin and toilet has handicapped handles. I rented this specific for our 16th anniversary because the reviews were great...and I agree with them. The walk to downtown is quick. If you're familiar with Gatlinburg, then you know the Village...you just walk a little bit and go through the back of the Village and you're right there on the main walkway. You don't have to go to the corner...unless you want to. I loved that it was close to the mall and Ole Red. I'm used to staying on the other side closer to Ober Gatlinburg. This was a nice change. I will mention that the bed is not a mattress and boxsprings...its a frame with a memory foam mattress. We were a little taken aback by that, but the bed is VERY comfortable! Plenty of pillows & blankets! And if you need more towels, they have them at the check in desk. OH! It has a gas fireplace that is easy to turn on. I've already booked a weekend at one of the 2 bedroom condos (on the suggestion of the front desk worker) in December! You can't beat the price and it's so nice to feel like you're home instead of in a hotel room. I'm so hooked on staying in condos now! I can honestly say 503 is great for a couple!!

The overall location and the layout of the condo were great; no complaints there. Overall though, unbelievably bad. Please pay attention to the reviews. I usually don’t leave one unless there is a problem. To begin, the owners should probably provide their housekeeping staff with better guidelines. In addition to our own covid prevention cleaning, we had to vacuum or wipe off something in nearly every room. There were very noticeable balls of dust/dirt / dead bugs on the floors. Most of the walls were scuffed, stained, or chipped. The couches were both peeling and they tried to cover them up with furniture protector. The beds were horrible, not at all comfortable, felt like we were sleeping on the springs. We were denied early check in “in order to allow ample time for our housekeeping staff to thoroughly clean”. This was an insult. The property owners need to do better and reinvest in their property. Doing so may avoid these types of reviews.
