With a rich pre-Colombian history, Ecuador's capital was founded on the ruins of an Incan city but offers everything a modern traveler might need. It remains the least-altered historic center in Latin America and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Quito’s important sites include baroque gems like San Francisco and Santo Domingo monasteries, as well as La Compañía church and college. This huge city sprawls across a breathtaking Andean valley surrounded by volcanic peaks.

Pioneers offering housing for short and long term for travelers in Ecuador. We are located in Historic Districts, walking distance to all main attractions.
They were always very attentive and nice, and the prices are more than reasonable for the area where it is. They have wheelchair accessible rooms and bathroom, which is hard to find in Quito, even in luxury hotels. I highly recommend it to everybody considering Quito.

This unique colonial building was restored with great care by re-integrating the original building elements such as the original windows, doors, handles, etc. The use of paint techniques, unique colours and vintage elements give the whole a breathtaking appearance but at the same time radiate a sense of tranquillity. You can look around for hours and enjoy the many details and ingenious elements, unique and different in each flat. The highly personalised approach of the staff makes your stay very special. Their advice on local experiences, tasting unique dishes or discovering lesser-known tourist places is why Old Town Quito Suites is one of the most chosen hotels in Quito.

This place is fantastic! It's an entire apartment! Best shower I've had in Ecuador. The full kitchen is an extra bonus. Can't beat it for the price. The neighborhood is great too. Good restaurants and the market is down the street where we found souvenirs to take home. If we come back to Quito we will definitely stay here!

The internet as other reviewers has stated breaks down all the time. The restaurant is open for breakfast which was nice and had excellent service. At the front desk they will help out as best as they can but also seem very limited in what they can do. Locals eat here in the morning for breakfast so that might say something. My room was alright but smelled the entire time. I was during the day so I only needed it at night.
