Just an hour north of Manila, Quezon City provides a welcome break from the madness of the Philippines' largest metropolis. Manicured gardens and an ecological park break up the urban sprawl, along with an art-deco style memorial to former president Manuel L. Quezon.

At first we’re kinda hesitant to go after our stay here but when we got there we loved our room and extended our stay right away. We enjoyed our room because it gets cold easily even if the flushometer valve was not working during our whole 4days stay.

When I was looking for a place to stay for the night near the vicinity of University of the Philippines Diliman, I found this place via Booking.com. I was pleasantly surprised that despite getting a discounted rate and being at a very good location near UP Diliman, the establishment was very good. The parking area was covered, there was a Yellow Cab restaurant right next to the entrance and there were convenience stores nearby. As for the room I got, it was like being in a studio unit of a condo making my stay quite pleasant. Luckily there was no on-going construction during my stay so I had a restful sleep. And a big plus are the helpful staff. Overall, it was a nice stay.

MaxStays offers a unique combination of hotel-like amenities and the conveniences of home in an exclusive environment complemented by extraordinary service that takes the concept of ‘luxury’ to a new meaning.
Maxstays redefines the concept of condotel living--why sleep in a bed when you can couchsurf? Even the most low-range of hotels (or condotels) will provide you with a bed, but Maxstays' idea of luxury is to give you a sofa bed that's barely sizeable enough for two. It's like crashing in your friend's sofa. Isn't that worth almost P4000 for a night? We booked our stay here for New Year's Eve nine months in advance (because of its nice location near Eastwood) but we still got the worst room. So being early doesn't give you any advantages whatsoever. We asked to be moved to a room with a bed, but all were occupied. Their best offer is a refund, which is not an option when you've already made New Year plans at Eastwood. Their solution to the problem is to send guests away, which is as naive and clueless as thinking guests will be delighted to squeeze into a sofa bed. Quite the hotel-like amenities. My tip for Maxstays is to list the sofa bed (again, not a bed) in their room features. So people know what they're getting and will rightfully stay away.

Located in New Manila, Quezon City, in front of Mt Carmel Church, 7 min by Taxi to St. Luke's Medical Center, Two blocks from Gilmore LRT (Light Rail Transit) Station, IT stores, walking distance to Magnolia Shopping Mall, eateries, transportation. All units with kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, 2 burner range, cooking utensils, pots/pans, china/flatware/glassware service for 4.
Too bad that I can't upload a video here but I love the place! ✨ It's spacious and has peaceful environment because it's situated inside of residential place. I stayed for three nights here for my hotel quarantine and I did not experience anxiety since I also worked during my stay, they have stable WiFi connection, and the personnels were also hospitable to deliver my food. The interiors are old-fashioned but I personally like it because it's affordable and spacious, they also have warmth shower, fridge, water heater, TV, fan, dining area, and AC. I chose queen bedroom, the mattress are big and comfy. ?
