True local experience
Reviewed By cvppetersburgStaff in this modest little hotel speak no English (booking was fun...) and the whole feeling is very much of truly being in the Czech Republic, not in some tourist trap. Not far from the centre. I felt I was back in the kind of European family hotel we used to stay in in the 1970s - in the best sense. No breakfast.

Apartmany Kouty is located in the Kouty Ski Area. Several restaurants, a bar and a pizzeria are within 50 metres of the property.Units at the Kouty have views of the Jeseniky Mountains. Also featured are modern furnishings, free cable internet connection, a kitchenette, bathroom and satellite TV. Breakfast is served each morning.Parking is available at the Kouty free of charge. Bela pod Pradedem and Sumperk can be reached by car in 25 minutes or less
What you see is not what you get
Reviewed By Rea KWe made a reservation online, we saw some pics and we liked it. The lady on a front desk was lovely, but she asked to pay immediately for the whole stay. I am not used to pay for accomodation before I can see where I will live for a while. So I did the same, she denied to let us check the room, istead of it she showed us the same pics what I saw on net. Well than, it must be the room, we paid the whole amount. Than we finaly became the keyz from room No. 3. It wasn't the same - instead of sunny apt on the higer floor with french window providing nice view we became dark room on the ground floor with a lillte window showing only an electrical transforming station producing annoying humming sound effect. Only the bath corresponding to promo pics. See my pics. We decided to left immediately, even the whole ski resort doesnt look bad. We have found a wellness 4* hotel near by and for half price. I can honestly say that 220 Euro for 2 nights BB in this standard is a bit overpriced.

Wonderful stay
Reviewed By Laure-Elie BWe enjoyed our stay in Villa Grande very much. The appartment is very big, modern and stylish. The owner are very kind and helpful; they speak english and french. The appartment is not in Olomouc's city center but we enjoyed the tranquillity in this oase. The breakfast is amazing!

Reviewed By sylva60Apartmány ve středu obce, s balkónem, výborně vybavené vším, co je potřeba. Čisté, moderní. A hlavně - perfektní komunikace s majiteli, klientský přístup. Ideální místo na dovolenou, cítili jsme se zde výborně. Že by za rok znovu? :-)

Reviewed By Dreamer21155805780Nejlepší ubytování v centru Olomouce. Naprostá spokojenost, krásně uklizený, čistý a útulný apartmán. Velice doporučuji. Domluva na jedničku, paní byla příjemná a ochotná, poradila nám kam zajít na dobré jídlo a pití. Na apartmánu k dispozici, čaje a kávovar. Zde se budeme rádi vracet.

Prodloužený pobyt
Reviewed By F3575PDtom_mS přítelkyní jsme ze strávili pět dní, čtyři noci s ubytováním v chatkách a s polopenzí (snídaně i večeře švédské stoly) včetně odpoledního all inclusive na nápoje. Objednávka přes internet byla pohodová, po příjezdu na místo milá paní recepční vše vysvětlila, a my šli na ubytování. Příjemné dvoulůžkové chaty s TV a společnými sprchami a WC, ale za tu cenu to bylo super. V jídelně a na terase dost místa a výtečné jídlo i pití. Personál byl vstřícný a milý.

Idealni apartmany pro lyzovani v Koutech !
Reviewed By Martin MPekne nove apartmany v Koutech primo pres silnici naproti lyzarskemu arealu, jednoduche predani klicu (v trezoru u dveri, kod pres mobil), prijemni hostitele, bezpecne parkovani v arealu apartmanu. Zamykaci lyzarna s dostatkem susicic vesaku na lyzaky. V apartmanu regulovatelne podlahove topeni, v koupelne zebrik. Byli jsme spokojeni.
