Reviewed By Den-solo2014I was visiting friends in this interesting part of the North Caucasus. I stayed in a top floor apartment and it was a generous size, clean, with free WiFi. The kitchen has a fridge and utensils, crockery, pans, kettle, hot plate etc., The TV can be adjusted to face either the bed or the lounge area. Mostly channels in Russian, but I saw some programs where I could follow the plot without understanding the dialogue. Better to access the property from the steps at the rear (when walking!) There is a separate restaurant at the back of the property if you wish to eat out without going too far. Don't expect an English menu though. Although the property has a lift, I suspect that anyone with a wheelchair would struggle, there are uneven steps everywhere and many paths do not have a good surface. I think I will come back and stay here again.

Small but well-located
Reviewed By clairechen62I stayed here for two nights with a friend. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly like in the photo - not big but ample. The bathroom was well-designed and had plentiful hot water as well as a serviceable hairdryer. It is about 5-10 minutes from the Kurort park if you walk slowly (15 mins from the station) and there are plenty of places to buy food and eat. The room came with a kettle, crockery and cutlery for two and a small fridge-freezer. Wifi was free and worked reasonably well. Our room was right at the end of the corridor and very quiet.

Reviewed By Rioter1986Маленькие домики со всем необходимым. Все работает, вода горячая есть, кухня есть, интернет есть. Чистота и очень радушная хозяйка! Цена за такое чудо в самом центре около входа в курортный парк очень приемлемая.

Reviewed By O1L1Снимали два домика. Дом с двумя номерами определенно ниже по уровню в отличие от первого. Хозяйка хорошая, администратор тоже реагировала на все просьбы сразу. Из недостатков требуется небольшая косметика второго дома и чашки для чая бы по больше. В остальном все норм. Из плюсов: хорошие номера, все неоходимое есть в домиках. Ну и спать под шум горной реки было непередаваемо, проваливаешься в сон мгновенно.

Nice Hotel with walking distance of central city
Reviewed By FilAmfighter1This hotel is in an older area but is within walking distance of plenty of shops, dinning and the older district. Quick short walk to the down town area without the high price. Staff is good, one person on per shift with basic English skills. Breakfast in the morning is the standard European fare.

The Apartments are located in the city centre. The rooms are large (from 35 m2 to 50 m2) and cozy. Each room is equipped with a kitchen with a multi-cooker, an electric kettle and kitchenware. The dining area has a table with chairs, a sleeping area with a large double bed and a TV.

Апартаменты расположены на тихой улице, рядом с городским парком, буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом куча магазинов, кафе, рынок. Описание номера и фотографии соответствуют действительности. Современный интерьер, просторный, светлый номер, новая мебель, очень уютно. Мини-кухня с мультиваркой и чайником, посудой - всё, что нужно, всё есть. Бонусом для гостей - чай, сахар. Парковка для авто во дворе. Интернет, телевизор. Отдохнули прекрасно, остались всем довольны, увезли домой массу положительных впечатлений. Отдельное спасибо владелице апартаментов Марине, за отзывчивость и заботу - отдых удался!

Лучшее из Владикавказа
Reviewed By Николай ПЭто было лучшим местом из всех, где останавливалась во Владикавказе. Отель "Владикавказ" отличился дряхлым номерным фондом, отель "Камелия-В" - просто бомжатник. Эти апартаменты оказались лучше предыдущих гостиниц на порядок, рекомендую. Да белые диваны немного потрепаные, но в целом в номере чисто и он просторный. Единственный минус, что не хозяин не наладил горячую воду в ванной, а в связи с новым годом у нас не было времени его напрягать. Фото соответствует тому, что на сайте
