Reviewed By Nuk321Great if you don’t want to sleep! Party music and shouting, I feel like our bedroom is a disco. This place is a joke! No double glazing can deal with this! The room is shaking with the noise! People saying its quite are lying or haven’t stayed here when its busy/there’s a party in the awful Irish bar next door. This was a last minute booking, we usually have more time to research hotels but as easyjet cancelled our flights we had to come earlier. Lesson learned! Thank god we move to our proper hotel tomorrow. This place is a hell hole!

Reviewed By Hlb1976We have just had a wonderful week at the Apartmentos Marinas Turquesa. We had a 3 bedroom Villa with pool which was excellent accommodation. Very roomy with 3 bedrooms, master had ensuite. A further bathroom, large kitchen which had excellent well equipped facilities including microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. There is a large lounge/dining area and a downstairs toilet. Our Villa had three outside balcony areas (one off the main bedroom), one at the front overlooking the main pool and one at the rear of the property which had the pool. Plenty of sun loungers provided and tables and chairs. The Villa was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The apartments were very quiet and the setting around the pool area was very tranquil. There is a very well equipped gym and as it was February the heated pool was in use. Nice games room also with pool table, darts, books, games, tv and internet facilities. The apartments are in a very good location in Nerja. Burriana is a 10 minute walk away, the Balcon approx 20-25 min walk. There is a bus at the top of the road that costs €1 and is a great service. There is a Mercadona supermarket literally a 3 min walk away and is open until 9pm mon-sat. All in all a fantastic place to stay and I very much look forward to returning!

Reviewed By SKSCrusader63First time here and the apartment is perfect. Very spacious. Very well equipped. Spotless and lovely private pool and loungers. Tv is great if you wanna watch that. Wi-Fi connection is top notch. Ideally located just 8 mins stroll from the balcon Europe. Beach is 1 minute stroll away. Lovely selection of irish sports memorabilia in the bar down stairs.

Reviewed By Gemma TWe had stayed in the hotel previously and booked a trip in March. Unfortunately my husband got chest pains and was told not to fly as he had to have a stent inserted. We had booked through booking.com with 72 hr free cancellation. I followed booking.com's instructions on the confirmation email and emailed property - got a reply to say it would be forwarded through booking.com. This was two days before the cancellation deadline. Two days before we were due to travel the Plaza Cavana took €432 from us and are refusing to refund us. As also are booking.com. This has left a very sour taste in our mouths and we will never stay in Plaza Cavana again, sadly, as it was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic Apartments
Reviewed By Marion MI agree with everyone about these apartments, they're very well kept, inside and out. The staff were so friendly too, we arrived before they were finished cleaning, no problem to leave our bags in the room. It was the same when we were going, left the bags at the reception and were able to spend a few hours last minute shopping and having something to eat. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, we were even shown around the other rooms. They're just a two minute walk from Burriana beach and 15 minutes to the centre of Nerja. I would recommend these apartments and hopefully get back there next year.

Reviewed By Angela MThe apartments were clean and felt very safe. Pool was good size but could do with some sunloungers and umbrellas. Would definitely return. Its in walking distance to the supermarket and can get a bus to the town although its only a 15 minute walk if you feel up for it.

Ambiguous Advertising of Apartments
Reviewed By VourneyWe booked the Fercomar Apartments online believing that we were getting an apartment with a balcony. This was mentioned on the print-out after booking. However, this was not the case. When we arrived at the apartment we were told that all one bedroom apartments were on the ground floor and that all two bedroom apartments were on the upper floors. Our ground floor apartment was dark requiring lights to be switched on while in the apartment. The sun never shone on the terrace either morning or evening. When booking I emailed the apartment to say my return flight on the departure date was late in the evening. Flight was at 11.50 pm. The management emailed back saying that there would be no problem in storing our luggage. After arriving we learned that we would have to take out our luggage by 3.00 pm on day of departure. We later got that time extended to 5.00 pm. The building is not set up for the storage of any luggage for guests. There is a small reception office where only a few cases could be stored beside the seating area. Nerja is a beautiful place and well worth visiting. We will definitely be back to Nerja, but not to the Fercomar.

Reviewed By Lisa QAbsolutely love this place. We have stayed here 3 times in the past 5 years, each visit as good as the last. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are always spotlessly clean. On our last visit we had a late evening flight and the owners allowed us the use of a room to store our luggage and the use of the roof top terrace for the day after we had checked out. Will definitely be going back next year.

The apartments have a nice pool on the large solarium roof terrace, private parking area and lift. GREAT location on the beach
Reviewed By elizabeth hThese apartments on the beach are clean, affordable with fantastic views. Julia, the office manager, was extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you'd like to be just steps from the beach. Thank you Julia for all your help.
