The Omani city of Muscat is predominantly populated by Islamic Arabs, though it also has a sizable, non-resident Indian population, further rounded out by American, British and Dutch citizens. Muscat is a tolerant and progressive city, where English speakers are relatively common. Arrange fares beforehand if seeing the city by taxi. To explore further, consider renting a car. Don't miss the imposing Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, atmospheric Old Muttrah Souk, Al Alam Royal Palace or Al Jalali Fort.

I stayed this hotel only one night and when I arrived, room was ready,my checkin was on morning 3 am and the staff was already prepared everything. Room is spacious, clean and this hotel is nearby Muscat international airport. As I was in a hurry I couldn’t check the food in the hotel, but restaurant is available (Chennai Express) and also room service

It was a practical way of wedding celebration with family and friends. The promo was timely and due to pandemic protocol limited number of people can stay per room. The price was good enough to the size of the room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The areas are clean and pools are huge. However in the reception and the security guard were not that accommodating I'm not sure whether there was an issue if the guests are expats. There was only one Staff in the reception trying to welcome all the guests. The security guard wasn't friendly to welcome us when we came and even tried to make us wait outside without even trying to see our proof as guests. Overall the experience was still average as I mentioned it was a practical choice.

Only advantage being near and having view on public road in South Ghobra. No regular room service you have to ask for everything cleaning etc. Daily issues with water supply and electricity. AC was broken and took 2 weeks to fix.

A good place for a transit , I had a night flight , nice staff, smooth check in , spacious room , clean and comfortable bed . I had a goodnight sleep fresh for the second day. I didn't try any facilities so, I don't have any reviews about it.

Parking area too small. Noise throughout the building from other guests. Furniture uncomfortable. Furniture and carpets dirty. No kitchen utensils, cutlery or crockery. When we arrived to the room we couldn't find towels, so we asked Mohd Indian front desk to provide us we some , he then informed us that the hotel is fully booked and they don't have any at the moment .we had to wait for 2 hours to get some towels in the room and when they brought the towels it was wet. Costumer satisfaction 0 Costume service 0 Below expectations 100% west of money Leak of management
