Reviewed By TraveleatorLocation: Arbatskaya district; on New Arbat Av (they have multiple buildings) Hotel: They have apartments in 3-4 apartment towers along New Arbat Av Room: we had a studio with kitchenette, table, sofa and a double bed Positives: reasonably convenient location, very helpful staff (all the ladies were nice) Negatives: horrible condition, very old room, dirty utensils, dusty house Ranking at time of writing: #3 of 2008 specialty lodging in Moscow On paper the Moscow Suites Serviced apartment fit our requirements perfectly, it was well rated on TA, was within the locality we wanted, had a stovetop and a washing machine, helped us with the visa invitation letter and the girls were very helpful on email and otherwise. But that's where all the good part ended for us. The room was like it's shown in the photos but significantly worse for wear. The room hadn't been cleaned; the furniture was of poor wood quality and broken, the wardrobe was broken, the TV console table was in dire need of replacement, the kitchen utensils were outright dirty/unusable without a wash, the bathroom had previous guests used products. It was just a shocker! They have 3 buildings and multiple apartments, ours was in 22 New Arbat Av (and I think apartment # 109 G or H) and I will strongly advice against taking this apartment up. If you do decide on taking an apartment through them, pls check for previous reviews before deciding and make sure that the team agrees to give you the exact apartment that you've requested else you may be setting yourself up for disappointment. While our apartment was very disappointing the location was good; 20-30 min walk to Kremlin (or a short bus ride); a quick bus ride to St. Basil's and Red Square; old Arbat avenue is a nice place to chill in the evening and New Arbat has tons to eat and shop for groceries etc. Lastly, the ladies, Liza and Virginia were very helpful and I wouldn't fault them at all. PS: they can help you get a letter for your entire stay in Russia so just check with them instead of getting one from all your hotels.

It is a wonderful experience . and prices is right . Oh .. it has a projection screen which you will enjoy a private cinema with on line viewing .

Nobody of the neighbors knows the 'hotel' , it not segnalized and for this reason it has been very difficult to find it. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, the room was noisy and small. The bathroom doesn't exist really. The price is in line to the offer. The woman at the reception doesn't speak English

If you choose to stay here, all other accommodation would seem lacking in hospitality. We had a modern apartment (the studio of the 4rth floor) and according to our opinion, there was everything we could imagine. Mr. Konstantin was a kind director and a high-level professional. He thought of every single detail. So, do not waste your time! That’s the best option by far in Moscow and a good value for money! Of course, we would choose it again if we come back.

Reviewed By Luis VFirst time we stayed at this Apart-Hotel and it was Fantastic, well done for the great service, the cleanliness the professionalism of the staff, there is nothing i can put as 'fault' ! Ideal place for us as a family of three adults and a child, great facilities for the little ones, excellent restaurants and as well the service from the restaurants and bar staff, we stayed in the same complex as the Crown Plaza hotel so we had access the full facilities for it as well. Will definitely will book again, and will highly recommend anyone visiting Moscow, its very central , close to the River. Please note we stayed in a two bedroom apartment.Even so to add there is a small supermarket downstairs !

Reviewed By Ngoc PWe rent 2 rooms. Exactly the apartment is more correct. There are 2 bedrooms each with kitchen, washing machine and heating. It is suitable for long stay. Each room has large windows so it is very airy. The hotel has a supermarket. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the center is very convenient. The hotel's restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices. Mostly Vietnamese food. In here has bank also. Security is good.

Red Square is 2 minutes walk away, as is a large Metro, and grocery store(downstairs in the mall) There are loads of trendy(expensive) shops and restaurants with varied food styles nearby, and a shopping mall at the Metro Apartment is immaculately clean and quiet All amenities inside: two large TV's, DVD player , all kitchen equip, big fridge Washer/dryer, good quality pillows and bedding, etc etc. All you could need It is warm inside for winter and has an AC for the summer The decor is nice Large windows have a view onto the walking street below The building is old, but the halls and entrance clean and bright Great value and heaps more comfortable than a hotel room
