Great Accommodations - Awesome Hostess
Reviewed By RexNovaScotiaOur group booked 3 of the 4 apartments in this renovated building that is centrally located in Ostrava, CZ. We were attending the IIHF U20 MWC and spent almost 2 weeks in the apartments. I was in contact with Hana prior to our arrival and she had everything in place and actually met us at the door when we arrived. Where we arrived on Boxing Day (CZ holiday) she stocked us up with essential food items we would require during the first day - including special CZ Christmas cookies that are only available at Christmas. ? The apartments and front door had key pad locks and laundry services were available daily. Hana was always available by text - she would offer suggestions on inquiries such as where good restaurants can be found to which bus or tram was needed to get to certain places. She also provided a welcome letter with information specific to our trip. While visiting Vienna a young couple in our group became engaged and we wanted to celebrate at a nice restaurant when we return home - I reached out asking Hana for a recommendation. She provided us with an appropriate steakhouse and sent along screen shots of the contact info and menu and further recommended us to make reservations and noted that they would have someone who will be able to speak English when we phoned. The tram is a 5-7 minute walk, while a large grocery store was 2 blocks away. One of our party is affected by Environmental Chemical Sensitivities and Trio Apartments provided her with a clean scent free environment. Hana knew of the issue prior and removed all scented candles and rugs from the unit. I highly recommend Trio Apartments and Hana whenever you need a multi-day stay in Ostrava, CZ.

Reviewed By MactomiAffordable really specious apartments in very center of Opava. Well equipped mini bar and very modern furniture in all rooms. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Accommodation includes tasteful breakfast in charming cafe nearby.

Reviewed By Vstr2016Apartments are very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful - helped us after his working hours (best regards and wishes from Lithuania!). We stayed just for one night, but were very surprised, that the last minute we found such a nice place. Thank you for the recommendations about the breakfast - it was perfect!!!!!

Reviewed By Baz464Enjoyed a 9 night stay in apartment 7. The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities. Top floor (44 steps which are not steep). Centrally located with easy access to all local sites and great choice of shops, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance (less than 100 metres from lower square). Good WiFi, very comfortable bed. As this is on the top floor the roof is sloping which intrudes a little on the space and the main windows are big skylights with blinds which are overlooked from across the street when open. The aircon is good, situated in the entrance hall ceiling so you need to keep doors open to cool the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering and apparently there is a washing machine available in the complex. Also there is a courtyard on the ground floor with table & chairs with an awning if needed. Overall - very highly recommended

Reviewed By nemecmicUbytovna se nachází kousek od Dolních Vítkovic. 20m od ubytovny se nachází obchudek, kde seženete vše potřebné. Ubytovna nabízí parkování na svém parkovišti ve vnitrobloku. Recepční jsou velmi příjemné. Pokoje jsou čisté, stejně jako celá ubytovna.

Reviewed By Radek Pquality accommodation in a quiet location, equipment at a sufficient level, parking in an enclosed building, meals on site (Italian cuisine) 200m restaurant with Czech cuisine at reasonable prices, the route to the World of Technology in Víkovice 10min I highly recommend a visit. The world of technology has two parts, small and large. ATTENTION little world of technology has opening hours only 18 hours and a great 20 hours.
