The garden villa is conveniently located about 15 min from the airport. Overall this is a nice place stay if you are going for work, rates are usually within per diem limits and the hotel offers a functional, clean and comfortable stay. Rooms are quite large (500Sf or more) , with most rooms set up for families with kids (multiple beds and 2 bathrooms), small dining table and a kitchenette. Furniture and fittings are a bit dated but at least clean and functional. Hotel offers plenty of free parking and free wifi (but wifi speeds are abysmal at best). Unfortunately no breakfast or coffee offered - but you can make a short run to the K mart and stock up on supplies. There is a large swimming pool and hot tub which seems to be busy at all times with kids and families. The lobby has a convenience store in the lobby (open until 9.00pm) that sells snacks, supplies as well as wine and beer. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within short walking distance as is the beach across from the hotel across the street. Our team stayed for over 10 days and we had a pleasant stat for the most part. I encourage the hotel management to fix the wifi In the rooms….right now the speeds are like mid-90s dial up speeds. Very painful to actually getting any work done.

WoW, that’s all I can say, from the Food to the Customer service the new Medallion Club floor is amazing, a new buffet every night, a breathtaking view of the Ocean while you enjoy nightly cocktails and the best customer service on the Island hands down. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Check in/out is 13:00-11:00 (Saipan, NMI time) The kitchen is already equipped with fundamental utensils such as gas burner and pot. However, stuffs like butane gas and chopsticks should be purchased on your own. Wifi is free, and we use 110V, thus you might need an adapter depending on where you came from. For the specific details on location of our hostel, please type “Saipan Marine Dive” or “Saipan Marine House” on Google map. For Saipan tour and other activities, we mostly help you explore the beautiful ambience and nature of Saipan, but also we call in other tour guides for extra hand if needed. Moreover, if you want to directly reserve for these tour guides, you have to add additional 10% of reservation fee during your check-in. Indoor BBQ and smoking is not allowed. (If not followed, you will be asked to leave without any refund) Any loud noise that causes disturbance to other residents can lead to you being banned from staying here. Any other troubles you cause during you
Really enjoy the stay here! My daughter loves this place. The host helped us a lot answering all the questions regarding sightseeing, swimming and travel concerns. I’ll come again and check this place!

Conveniently located in the center of Saipan, overlooking Managaha Island and Micro Beach's crystal blue lagoon, Coral Island Condominiums provide comfortable living with breathtaking, million dollar sunset views.
I spent six weeks at the Coral Island Condominiums during a recent business trip to Saipan, and this must be the best view on the island! The condos were well equipped and furnished in a quiet and welcome setting among both vacationers and long-term residents. Hannah Schorr, who manages the complex, was excellent, and made me feel right at home. While the drive is about 15 minutes from the main area of Saipan, the peace and quiet, as well as the fabulous views, make it worth the drive. Whether for a short-term vacation, or something longer, I highly recommend the Coral Island Condominiums.

A 5-minute drive from Saipan's central district, Garapan. Located at Sadog Tasi at the foot of Capital Hill, enfolding a land of 24,000㎡ with perfect ocean-view & quietness, Villa Sarah is a new oasis filled with mother nature for urban dwellers.
In addition to renting out units to the occasional vacationing person from Japan, Mr. Ota (the owner/manager) also rents out units short and long term to people living/working in Saipan. I lived there for about 2 years. I looked at many places and these were probably the nicest 2 bedroom units on the islands (there were also 3 bedroom units available). My wife and I really liked having Mr. Ota as a landlord, he was very attentive and any issues (the tropical climate can wear on a building) were quickly fixed. When I lived there, about half the residents were from Japan, and the other half were from the mainland. There is a gate which is guarded at night, and the groundskeepers/handymen are very nice/ helpful. For an additional deposit, Mr. Ota allowed small dogs (which a lot of places on island wouldn't). You do need a car to live here (but that is true about Saipan in general), and you are only about a 5-10 minute drive from central Garapan. Additional amenities include- Solar powered water heaters (saves a lot on electricity and works great), large showers, balconies with great views of the lagoon, free cable, wi-fi, furnishing for the unit, and covered parking. The 2 bedroom units have a stove but no oven, I believe the three bedrooms have an oven (Not unusual in Saipan). There is no dishwasher (I have never seen one in Saipan), as most people hire a maid to do their dishes. If we moved back to Saipan, there is no where I would rather live than Villa Sarah.

A 3-bedroom house charging HKD$3k per night in Guam, I'd be expecting more. The place is rather dirty, the floor was oily, couch was dusty, bedsheets had stinks. The worst part is - you are supposed to clean the house else you need to pay USD$60 for house keeping. They won't even come to do the trash for you. 3 bedrooms you get 6 towels but if you need more (water activities etc), they won't give you additional, they will ask you to wash them. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Wifi was broken for the first 2 days and we had to ask them to fix it. Don't expect immediate service when you call, a typical wait is 1 hour, but to be fair, if they tell you 1 hour, they will really be on time. Good range of kitchen utilities but some of them don't work. Honestly i am not sure how it got rating 4.2 (when i booked thatz the rating on Expedia)

Good location. It will be fine once construction is complete but don’t stay there now. Construction noise began at 7:40 A.M. and lasted until 9:00 PM Walking over piles of ruble to get to our room. Wet paint on walls. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

五星级,超级漂亮,设施等等都非常好,唯一可能就是离市中心比较远,所以晚上回来比较早,没得逛,有从市中心免税店到酒店的摆渡车~~
