Malaysia is a beautifully complex vacation destination, a land where ancient rainforests give way to multicultural city life. Capital city Kuala Lumpur is visually defined by the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, while in charming Melaka the vibe is more quaint and historical. Many of the country’s national parks offer opportunities for fantastic whitewater rafting, and the exclusive Sipadan dive site (off the east coast of Borneo) is among the best in the world.

Labu Labi Residence is a family business chalets run by our own family members. The residence has 19 units of chalets to choose from all offering sea view rooms. We are located on a private beach, and only 600m away from the famous Tanjung Rhu beach. We are far enough from crowds to enjoy the peacefulness of nature, but close enough to visit the city center (12km) by car or scooter.
Due to pandemic me and my family can’t enter in Malaysia. After many messages ms bibi promise me to give back money in november. It’s almost the end. Disappeared. Waiting for a refund. NO PROFESSIONAL!!!

Simple, reasonably clean, good beds and bathroom. The cleaning problem was imediately solved after an email I sent to the reception, so no harm done. simple breakfast on an upper floor (25th, if I remember well) in a hostel thar belongs to the same company. Good value.

Upper View Regalia Hotel formerly known as Regalia Suites & Residences, Kuala Lumpur, is not just an embodiment of authentic city lifestyle. It is an elevation of our contemporary lifestyle with its prestigious location alone speaks miles for its exclusive urban concept.
The room was old and dirty. There even walked a cockroach on my feet when I was standing for a minute. The staff is friendly and seems helpful, but when we asked for help they didn’t do anything. The view and infinity pool are beautiful. Please note that’s it’s necessary to book a spot at the pool and you’re only allowed to use the pool for one hour…not exactly what you would expect.

Hotel Ancasa Residenses is a hotel that is worth visit with their beautiful environment and comfortable rooms. Next, the hotel offered Ramadan's buffet. They have 18 stalls from various main courses and desserts and offered them at a very reasonable price. For those who hunting for a delicious Ramadan buffet at a affordable price, Hotel Ancasa Residenses is the right place. I do recommend you to try this hotel. Based on a family vacation, I will give 5 stars in terms of cleanliness, comfort, reasonable prices and good food.

Arrived on Friday night 3rd July with mum, check in was prompt. Loved the rooms and shower, parking wasn't available so parked in front of the hotel. Very basic hotel, but I love the ambience and lovely staff. *Someone was smoking on the 4th floor, and there was cigarette stench on the floor. On my stopover back we were given 4th floor again and someone was smoking the whole night,I hope the management will look into this.

We arrived and were not aware we had to use Whatsapp to contact to get someone to let us into the room. Eventually we had to use global roaming as we didn't have a Malaysian SIM and there was no-one to meet us. We were then given a 3 bedroom apartment as ourbooked accommodation was notavailable, but were told we could onlystay for 2 nights, then had to move, plus we were told we couldonly use one room, not all three!! At the end of day 2, I'd arranged to meetat 5pm to sort out the next night but the person who was to meet us turned up 20minutes late. Thankfullythey were on timewhen we left. The room itself was fine, though someof the furniture was damaged, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and the toilet seat wasn't bolted down properly. The wifi, aircon and other amenities allworked, but there was only leaning if we wanted to pay an extra 80 ringgit, which is a ridiculous amount for a task that would take perhaps 45 minutes tops. I'll be returning to KL, but not to this place.More to the point, not to people who can't get asimple reservation right

If you look up booking.com you will find the first part of my review. Part 1 was a 4 night stay, and part 2 was a 3 night stay the following week. In part 1 I was faced with a smokey junior suite master room 607, and an offered second room filled with air freshener (fussy customer alert.. quick, cover the smoke smell with canned spray!) Somehow they remedied the smoke residue on the second day so I had a pleasant stay the next three days. The seafood tom yum is pretty decent and helps keep me at my table working in the evening, saving a trip out or a food delivery in. I had some minor gripes such as the toilet not flushing well without severe encouragement and most of the wall mounted aircon being not cool due to possibly not being serviced or filled with coolant properly.. But this was not enough to dampen the cheapish price and location. Thst brings me to part 2 where i am now awake at midnight venting out my dissatisfaction. Moments ago i woke up at 10pm to a slight burnt plastic wire smell. This is on top of the couple hours of cigarette smell i dealt with prior. The receptionist sent someone up to investigate, went back down to report to her. While reporting I had to wait nearly 30minutes for someone to come back up to get me a new room. While that is still within acceptable time to change a room, i find the drama of waking up nearly at midnight ridiculous. What actually happened? After part 1 where i stayed in a junior suite, i thought to come back the following week as it had a good value proposition and a 7.8 rating on agoda (if not mistaken..) printed and framed on the reception table. But this time to stay in the executive deluxe. I really can't be asked to deal with this cigarette smells and middle of the night burnt plastic alert.. I might as well stay in the rm100 small boutique hotels and try my luck at getting a no-cigarette smell room..better than here where I have had to stays interruptted by one smell or another.. You may try your luck here, or simply pay a little more for peace of mind.

Cozy room and convenient shopping mall below. Only downside is the parking. Room is comfortable , clean and spacious. Stayed for 3 nights. Price worthy for the room. Bed is comfortable . There’s mini fridge and cooking pantry, water is given with basic amenities
