The “Cotton” flat was a great location in the city centre, it was perfect for our overnight stop. It was well-decorated and the kitchen and bathroom were kitted out with everything you’d need. There’s nowhere comfy to sit other than the bed, but there is a kitchen table with a couple of chairs. We paid €10 for parking and as there were no bays free we were able to park on the grounds of the apartment - otherwise there would be quite a bit of walking with our luggage to the hotel for the key, to the car-park and then back to the flats. We bought the breakfast buffet for €9 which was really varied and we were full and happy when we left. The bathroom wasn’t especially clean but not dirty, the flat is quaint and well-maintained.

I wish I read the reviews on this hotel before staying there, because my experience was not pleasant whatsoever. I have been here for 2 weeks and there has been ongoing construction that begins very early in the morning. Not only is the construction loud, but so are the people who are working. There is constant noise coming from outside of our windows. In addition to the previous noise complaint, a lot of other visitors to the building are very loud, especially late at night. There seems to be no respect for the fact that some people are here for business (even after mentioning this in the comments section of my reservation). The staff ends their shift at 6 or 7pm, and there are no way of contacting someone when you are being disturbed. Finally, the pictures are very misleading and the rooms were quite dirty when we arrived. The carpets had not been properly cleaned and there was visible dust everywhere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this appartment/hotel to visitors planning to visit Rennes.

I would say this was good, rather than average, but Tripadvisor does not use this rating. · The hotel is still reasonably new and modern. The room size was bigger than the other aparthotel studios we stayed. We booked the hotel as it is located in the suburbs and close to the main roads, as we wanted the visit Mt St Michel and st Malo. Both destinations reachable with one hour. There was a separate kitchen area, but bench space was still small. When we arrived we had an issue with the room and although there was no reception staff, the problems was solved. There is a shopping mall with a intermarche closeby, just a five minute walk. We had a room at the south side and this means a lot of sun. The windows can be opened but there is no airconditioning. So the room was actually too warm. It is not possible to prepare a meal. Just heat something in the microwave, as the bench area is very small. There is parking next to the hotel for a reasonable price, but this is also used by the hospital staff and a car park is not guaranteed. And it can be full.

Residence located in the south of St Malo between the harbour, the Aleth peak and the ramparts. In the heart of an enclosed garden with trees and flowers.100 m from Saint-Servan’s fishing port and shops
Poor quality of the appartments and services. Old infrastructires and very small pool. Reception hours are very limited, sometimes even closed all day while it should have been opened at some hours. The play room.is only open when the reception is open, so limited. The location is very good, close to shops and services as well as fairly close to the old town.

What a fantastic place to stay. The staff are excellent, friendly and kind. The room was lovely and clean with all you needed for self catering. St-Briac Sur Mer is such a pretty place with a few bars restaurants and shops. The views are spectacular. Absolutely loved it.

We stayed in August for 1 week. We booked a challet for 6 people for my young family. Facilities are basics and functional, which would be ok if it was not 2000 euros for a week. The accommodation is very small with people sleeping in the hallway. It is about 50sqm, ok for a small family. Note that as many french resort, towel is not included and it is only serviced at the end of your stay. It is poorly equiped, dont forgot to bring your toilet roll and other basic equipment. The kitchen is more for a student flat than for a 3 stars self catering accommodation. Swimming pool is good and warm. The kids loved it. Just dont use toilets facilities as it is not even supplied with soap. The worst part of this venue is the attitude of the owner. He did not appreciate being asked for anything (e.g asking if they had a charging point for our car) and was very agressive in front of our kids (unacceptable behaviour). Avoid at all cost.

We had a Lovely 2 bed house. Clean and tidy. All the basics you need for self catering. Fantastic that you can have fresh bread, croissants/ pastries delivered each morning. Swimming Pool area is great, pool was warm and plenty of sun beds. Open grass areas for the kids to play and kick a ball about. All overlooking the bay and harbour below. Had a lovely community feel, got chatting to other families and enjoyed drinks together in the evening. Lots of bars and restaurants at the harbour, market in Cancale on Sunday is something else! Staff at reception were fantastic and incredibly helpful. We are already looking at returning next year. Yes, you do either have to clean the accommodation or pay for it, we paid and did not feel it was over the top. Bedding and plenty of towels were provided, but yes we did have to make the beds and strip them. Didn’t bother us, same as many self catering accommodations I have stayed in. Basics were provided in the kitchen (cloth, dishwasher tablet etc) in a little bag for a small cost.

We stayed here for 6 days as a family. The house we rented was only superficially clean, although our house was intended for 6 ppl, we only had 4 glasses and 4 coffee cups, there was cutlery missing. The double bed was in a very poor state. There was barely any decent cleaning equipment: an old broom which had been used a lot of times before, no vacuum cleaner available unless one booked one (and even so, these were small and inefficient), since the weather was on the cold side, we brought all sorts of dirt inside the house, and that made keeping the house clean a very difficult task. The walls of the house were very thing- our daughter couldnt sleep because she heard our neighbour;s TV or people going up and down the stairs. Although located in a very beautiful area, the quality of the house + services+ the low degree of cleanliness were a huge disappointment. The wi-fi connection was literally a joke: two devices couldnt connect simultaneously, and in the evenings you couldnt connect anyway, as the network was overloaded and nothing worked, regardless of the no of devices connected at one time. Very unprofessional.

Paid for Wifi in advance - but code did not allow internet connection in appartment. Contacted reception who told me to sort it out myself with Wifi provider Wifirst who raised a ticket.... Day 3 still no Wifi in appartment - kid needs internet to study for exams after Christmas. Very disappointed that Nemea cannot arrange something as basic as Wifi in appartment - a case of them taking the money, not providing the service then leaving me on the holiday to try to sort it out......
