Walking or cycling along the 20km waterfront esplanade or have family fun at the truly impressive Wet Side water education park are just some of the activities available. Great apartment and pool for families
Reviewed By mumexpWe stayed here for Easter for a few days. Fantastic location close to the pier next door to Oaks so lots of food options. Pool was private between ocean front and the back. BBQs to use and communal cleaning pack and tongs. Kids were happy with Foxtel. We will say car space underneath is tight and someone used our space on last day Great kitchen facilities Open and airy. Would stay again

Reviewed By Adam LOne of the worst, no... The worst check in experience ever. Check in through a machine in the wall. Very impersonal and no greating or welcome. Just like a McDonald's order system. 1st bad experience! No air conditioning in the bedroom. Only the living/kitchen area. 2nd bad experience. Keep in mind this is December. Nice location though the hotel has noting to do with that. Would not recommend this unless you are a robot or have phobias in talking to people.

Just off the Esplanade at Torquay, Arlia Sands is the perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday. Beautiful Shelly Beach is only 75m away. One and two bedroom, air-conditioned, self-contained apartments with Cable TV, CD/DVD player and undercover parking. Enjoy our 11m heated pool and BBQ terrace with friends and family. Close to shops, restaurants and bus service.

Reviewed By vlandrenWell placed at Torquay and it was reasonably comfortable. It is an older resort and more like a Motel than a resort but it was convenient. Some of the decore was getting a bit tired but it was clean and well looked after

Room small, walls paper thin- heard everything our neighbour said and did, doors don’t close easily, nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc in the shower- everything on the floor, bathroom plug got stuck so couldn’t empty the basin- sorry cleaner No toaster just a kettle Not worth the money

Located on the esplanade it's the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves while gazing out over the bay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and found it had everything we needed. Well appointed kitchen, ensuite bathroom and crisp white sheets with comfy pillows.

Reviewed By 994maytThe Place was not spotlessly clean, the floor felt dirty,dusty, musty, furniture was uncomfortable and the whole apartment was dated The person running the place Lesley was demeaning and humiliating talking to me like a 4 year old! Just disgusting …nagging everytime you see her. She obviously hated doing what she does. They robbed me of my deposit $100 stating I didn’t leave the place spotless… I swept ,wash everything tidy and put it nicely in the cupboard, it was as clean if not cleaner when we arrived but she had the gall to do that! We stayed there for 7 weeks and the apartment was not serviced once during this time.Her excuse was it’s not service apartment but everywhere else we have stayed would service an unserviced apartment once a week as they have weekly turn arounds. We stayed there because it was provided by our employer and we would have checked out if we had that option. The manager was lazy, rude, whining over minor issues and a thief. I doubt that she would have cleaned the apartment for the next guest. DO NOT STAY in any CIRCUMSTANCES. :(
