We're an innovative new PADI dive centre and resort located on a quiet stretch of beach facing Atauro Island, on the outskirts of Dili, Timor-Leste. We provide relaxed yet rigorous training focused on safety and underwater skill improvement, offering PADI Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, and Divemaster courses. We have 20 rooms available and a restaurant which is located by the beach.

We were pampered during our stay with: - Comfortable room with thoughtful amenities -friendly and helpful staff, despite their inability to speak fluent English, who made our dives and stay comfortable - an amazing dive master who is extremely conscious of safety yet spots the tiniest and most elusive creatures underwater - heartfelt hospitality by Desmond and his dad, Danny who owns the adjoining Oceanview restaurant. As for the dives, we'd chosen to visit during the off-peak dive season and while visibility wasn't the best, the dive sites were stunning! Lots of life and interesting coral formations (anemone city was crazy!!) Wish our four day stay was longer and we're definitely coming back! Thank you Desmond for the beautiful holiday! #Think Timor, Think Aquatica!

Reviewed By Anthony Bmore of an efficiency apt. you get a little kitchen area with a stove and microwave. full size fridge and washer and dryer. a love seat a chair a table and desk. The basic comforts of home. The staff are whats incredible very friendly and helpful. Want a ride into town? grab some groceries? what ever just ask and they will even pick you up after. Ok wifi is spotty but you are in Dili. Just a heads up...if you use wifi with your phone you will still be charged on your data plan,best to use on a laptop so there is no surprise

Reviewed By rvoliverThis spot was almost like being home for a couple nights in the middle of a long trip. It was a little hard to find, off the main road on a long complex driveway, but, fortunately, I was not driving. It was worth finding. My room was large and comfortable and the bed was a deep soft king, unlike most beds in Asia. There were birds in the garden, a nice swimming pool (that I didn't use), and the breakfast was the best on my whole trip. A bonus, it is just a mile or so from the airport and they provide transportation. The only negative I could think of was that they do not serve meals other than breakfast and there did not appear to be any restaurants within walking distance. They did offer to order something delivered but I declined. My room had a small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.

Reviewed By Virginia MGood location, lovely manager but room was dirty (hairs, used tissues on floor, grotty bathroom), air conditioner didn't work properly. Saw an enormous rat in the garden. Too expensive for the standard of cleanliness.

Very convenient apartments
Reviewed By Rebecca_travelsawayThese are very convenient apartments, with many restaurants nearby, one supermarket just round the corner and another about 10/15 minutes walk away. They have an ok kitchen with dining / lounge area but do not have many utensils, plates, bowls, no glasses etc for you to use - only one of each. Good power and reasonable internet (taking in to account that this is Timor Leste). Rooms are cleaned nearly every day ad washing of clothes about 3 times a week (with return about the next day) is very helpful. However, they do ignore any 'Do not disturb' signs on your door, so if you wan to be left alone also lock the door with the key on the inside, so that they cannot get in (uninvited).
