I travel frequently to Brussels for business and stay every time in the Adagio Hotel . I always feel welcomed, and the rooms are convenient and clean. The reception is 24/7 and you can get snacks anytime from the reception shop. The hotel is ideally situated, especially to get to the European Institutions, but also to Place Luxembourg and not far from the Grand Place.

Poor value for money. Parking was €27. If you used flexipark, it was €12.50 per day for the same parking spot?. I really feel cheated. Room was mildly clean. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all for the kids. The ventilation makes clanging noises at bigjt. Nice but barebone staff in place. Area is about 25 minutes walk from the centre and is quite dodgy... Not recommended.

This property is located a 5-minute drive from Brussels’ European District, 15 minutes from the historic centre of Brussels and 20 minutes from Brussels Airport. Diamant Suites Brussels EU offers serviced studios and one-bedroom apartments with free Wi-Fi. Each well-equipped apartment has a view on the city or garden. They feature a flat-screen TV and a bathroom which is fitted with a shower.
Stayed here for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, good-size room. Some of the rooms face the back which is better - a garden view and peaceful. However, the room was let down by poor maintenance. The kitchenette was odd: on the one hand, well equipped with kettle, 2-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher, but on the other almost nothing to use! One frying pan, no saucepans. Mismatched crockery and glassware, not much of it, and some chipped. No chopping board, grater or anything else useful. The roller door over the kitchenette was broken and jammed at head height, so the cupboard doors couldn't open more than about 45 degrees. Worst of all, nothing to make coffee in! The carpet was badly stained in several places but overall the room was adequately clean. The door handle fell off as soon as we walked in, and several lights didn't work. Despite all that, the location (edge of pleasant residential area and with good transport links) and the comfortable bed makes this a 3-star review.

Booked the family apartment for myself, my husband and 3 year old son. We were amazed by the size of it and the bed is huge! We were provided with rituals shower gel and hand wash which smelt amazing. The check was not as smooth as the code was incorrect but with a quick call the lady on the phone helped us quickly. The apartment was nice and clean and in great condition, even has 2 TVs with English channels. The downside to this apartment is the fact there is no interior lock on the door. My son being only 3 has opened the door and ran down the corridor, which is really unsafe and could end up outside. I would just ask the owners to put an interior lock on the door so this doesn’t happen as it it worrying when we sleep, especially as our child has different needs to most 3 year olds. We were given some toilet rolls etc. We asked the cleaners if we could have some more and they said we had to go to reception (which is pretty far away as seen as this is a self check in apartment block). Maybe this is down to us but it would have been nice if we could get toilet roll/new towels. Overall the apartment was lovely and we would love to stay again, just some minor changes would help ?

I booked a stay here for a week, there was no hot water. When I tried to contact them, they ignored all emails and the phone line was no help. They say there is 24/7 help but it's not true, and they won't issue a refund. The booking site is also no help as they can't authorize refunds without their approval. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

Smartflats Monnaie is located in the historical centre, ideal for exploring the many Brussels attractions around, such as the Opera House “La Monnaie” or shopping on the famous Rue Neuve. The Grand-Place also is a short walk away through the pedestrian streets of the so-called “Ilot Sacre” area.
They didn't send the codes to access the rooms. I tried to call them but a very rude lady straight hung up the phone. I couldn't call them back to get the access codes. I stood there waiting for 3 hours and then decided to go to another hotel. The cherry on top is they refused to refund me and they refuse to answer my phone calls and emails. I am taking this to the Belgian authorities because this seemed like a scam.
