Brittany's dramatic 750-mile coastline traces a rugged hem against the chilly Atlantic. Attractions such as St-Malo's 1689 Fort National, the prehistoric ruins and striking beauty of Gavrinish Island and Brest's Oceanopolis aquarium cling to the rocky shoreline of France's most northwestern province. Nantes, Rennes and Brest are the largest cities. Rennes is just two hours from Paris by TGV. Breton and Gallo, the ancient languages of this Celtic province, are still spoken in pockets throughout the area.

The Jardins d'Arvor is a tree-star residence at Bénodet in Brittany. This region is an excellent position to enjoy a various of activities : cycling, sailing, beauty treatment... This modern residence *** offers plenty of facilities to make your stay a wonderful moment with friend or family. The apartments with balcony or terrace are very confortable.
We booked for 11 days. Location is central, staff is friendly, appartement was clean. But our appartement like many others was next to the parking with a dirty wall on the opposite side. No place to sit on a terrace. The whole site is in poor condition. Our experience was nowhere near what we expected or what is on the website.

I would say this was good, rather than average, but Tripadvisor does not use this rating. · The hotel is still reasonably new and modern. The room size was bigger than the other aparthotel studios we stayed. We booked the hotel as it is located in the suburbs and close to the main roads, as we wanted the visit Mt St Michel and st Malo. Both destinations reachable with one hour. There was a separate kitchen area, but bench space was still small. When we arrived we had an issue with the room and although there was no reception staff, the problems was solved. There is a shopping mall with a intermarche closeby, just a five minute walk. We had a room at the south side and this means a lot of sun. The windows can be opened but there is no airconditioning. So the room was actually too warm. It is not possible to prepare a meal. Just heat something in the microwave, as the bench area is very small. There is parking next to the hotel for a reasonable price, but this is also used by the hospital staff and a car park is not guaranteed. And it can be full.

Located in Brittany in the center of Quimper, the Appart'Hotel residence Quimper, offers comfortable apartments for 2 to 4 people. For your comfort, the residence offers a daily breakfast service and a covered parkingspace with extra charge. The Appart'Hotel Quimper is within walking distance of the "Chapeau Rouge" convention center and within 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral of Quimper and the Museum of Fine Arts. The residence is also an ideal starting point to discover the unspoilt and wild beaches of Cornwall
The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy in the attached parking garage (7 € per night). Wifi was good. Breakfast was simple but okay and enough. Staff was nice. The fridge was quite loud at night (I woke up).

Don't let the web site fool you. We stayed there for a week recently. From the outside the buildings look good and the grounds well kept. The staff were helpful but that's when it ended, our one bedroom cottage was extremely basic. Upstairs a double bed with bathroom-a steep climb over the bath side to access the shower was not easy if you are short or if you were less able. The bathroom also had a wash hand basin. Down steepish stairs-at the bottom is the toilet but no wash hand basin, so you need to wash hands in kitchen sink!! Not hygienic. Kitchen basic and kettle etc poor quality.behind the sink the boarding has no mastic so water has ingressed so looks shabby. Had to ask for cushions for bed/lounge seating and were given last two one of which was in need of repair. Table and chairs bit bashed about. No mats/coasters supplied so hot or wet cups on wood don't make for looking after furniture. Outdoor furniture supplied-ours were different to others in that chairs were upright and not armchairs so ok for eating but not comfortable to sit out to enjoy the sun. They are well situated and the beach is easily accessible. Would go back to Pentrez but not at this place.

I wish I read the reviews on this hotel before staying there, because my experience was not pleasant whatsoever. I have been here for 2 weeks and there has been ongoing construction that begins very early in the morning. Not only is the construction loud, but so are the people who are working. There is constant noise coming from outside of our windows. In addition to the previous noise complaint, a lot of other visitors to the building are very loud, especially late at night. There seems to be no respect for the fact that some people are here for business (even after mentioning this in the comments section of my reservation). The staff ends their shift at 6 or 7pm, and there are no way of contacting someone when you are being disturbed. Finally, the pictures are very misleading and the rooms were quite dirty when we arrived. The carpets had not been properly cleaned and there was visible dust everywhere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this appartment/hotel to visitors planning to visit Rennes.

I spent a (very short) night in this hotel in May 2018. The hotel is located quite centrally in Brest, and it is one minute on foot from a major square (Place de Strasbourg) with public transport connections to all major places, including the Airport (there is a shuttle running in agreement with the major airline timetables, but does not wait for delayed arrivals). The hotel is an appart-hotel, meaning it has a kitchenette at the entrance. The cleaning is quite good, and generally things work, but it is obvious that the items in the room are not new. The room could also be better organized (for example, there was no place for the table with armchairs, which therefore blocked the only entry into the clothes drawer. The hotel is not 24-hour staffed, meaning at night you receive a code to get your key. The system works fine, though. Note that there is no stocked minibar, although there is a fridge. There is no possibility to order in the room, and unfortunately at night there are no 24-hour shops nearby. Make provisions. All in all, it does what it says on the tin, without standing out at all.

At no point is there a mention that check in as at the hotel which is away from the apartments. When we eventually did sort out check in and parked the complex was so poorly lit that you couldn't make out any numbers on the doors. And worst of all, and totally unacceptable, there was no hot water! I wasn't the only complainant at reception either. Tried to email you directly to complain and even that didn't work! Very poor, don't book.

We were so disappointed with the response from Villa Ti An Amiral after having to change our holiday plans. The British government advised against all non essential travel to France the day before we were due to travel to the Villa Ti An Amiral due to the increasing covid rates in France. We were so disappointed not to be able to travel. Our ferry company were flexible with our booking and allowed us to move our booking dates to next summer. I emailed the Villa Ti An Amiral as soon as we heard the news that we were unable to travel and explained how disappointed we were that we would not be able to stay at the Villa anymore. I wrote that I understood that there may not be anything that they could do but asked whether there was any way that we could change our holiday dates or be able to have some reduction to the cost of the holiday. Previously the Villa had been very prompt in replying to all emails. However, my email was completely ignored and on the evening of our planned arrival, I received an email from the address ‘[email protected]’ that I could not reply to, explaining where the keys were whenever we arrived. I have received no correspondence since, however the cost of the booking has been taken from our bank account. I understand this has been a difficult time for all businesses and realise that the Villa Ti An Amiral may not have been in a financial position to be able to give us an amendment/reduction to the cost of our holiday and if they had replied to explain that I would have completely understood. I think our disappointment in having to cancel our holiday the day before travelling and still pay £1500 for it has only been worsened by the feigned ignorance of our plight.
