There are so many things I loved about this quaint hotel that the one negative isn't so bad and I would stay again. I loved the size of the place. Only 5 stories and probably 50 rooms. The staff were always very kind and helpful to our team which had several non Spanish speakers. The front desk, morning cooks and servers and the maids. All top notch! A very nice, big breakfast buffet is included. Meats, fruits, breads, cereal and you can have omelet or eggs fixed exactly how you like! Besides coffee they will make you cappuccino if you ask which yes I did thruout the day! Please remember to tip not just the server but the fellow who makes your eggs! They go out of their way to please! I was on the 5th floor and my room was huge! It was like a small apartment. you could live there. I loved it. I didn't use the kitchen tho as we ate out daily. But really enjoyed all my space. It is a safe, well lit area. My female friend and I walked to the little grocer a few places down the block at night or to the corner for really good pizza. In the am we went around the corner and got our mochas and a perhaps a pastry. Lots of little shops ! It is also in walking distance (at least to us!) to the local huge mall! So we went one day and went to the movies, ate a nice lunch shopped a bit then walked back. The cons: I had to constantly go to the desk to get my key to work again. You have to use your key on the elevator to get up to your floor which not always but sometimes worked. then I get to my door and NO! They are flimsy and cheap so lose their coding. NO I did not keep it next to my phone lol It has a very open concept which is cool but the outdoor sounds and even the lobby sounds resound! I was on the 5th floor and could hear everything going on in the lobby. Finally asked for a fan so I could get a full good nights sleep. All in all it was a great experience and would stay there again CON: The one thing I

Perfectly well located private apartments in fancy area of Bogota. Fully equipped and with free breakfast and access to gym and a roof with stunning views of the Andes.
I stayed at this hotel (it also included a kitchen) several time. My family and I just spent over a month at the hotel. Great place - it worked perfectly for us, considering we like cooking at home, and also great location - Chico reservado is a quite, safe and very nice area. Close to restaurants and many other useful facilities.

This stay was our third in the last several years. The rooms are quite large (we had a 2-BR, 2 1/2 Bath suite with a kitchen (stove and microwave), living room, dining room, and nice patio. Although we did not avail ourselves of the daily housekeeping, it is offered, including fresh towels. Only drawbacks were WiFi and the nearest elevator. They sometimes went on the blink. Staff was wonderful, and the hotel/suites complex is very secure.

t is located in an exclusive and privileged area of Chapinero in the north-east of Bogotá. Our company is established in the market of the hotel and tourism sector since 2017. dedicated to provide accommodation and continuous improvement service, endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and registered to the national tourism registry.
Location: The hotel is located on a short walking distance from the Calle 57 Transmilenio station. There are grocery stores and cheap diners right outside. The area does not have a shady vibe. Room: The room was small but in good condition. The rain type shower had great water pressure. The room also had a large window and an equally large bathroom mirror. There's an electric outlet near the bed. The bed was adequate, neither terrible or great. Noise level: The room was not sound proofed in any way, and traffic from Calle 53 could get pretty loud even on the 6th floor. There were also some noise from other guests in the corridors and other rooms, once even at night. Internet: The 5Mb WiFi in the room was stable enough for casual use, but a bit spotty for work. The best WiFi is found in the 9th floor restaurant . The reception area WiFi did not work at all. Breakfast: A piece of white bread and scrambled eggs made to order with a choice between two available fillings of the day, usually some variation of ham, cheese, or maize. The rest was buffet style with butter, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and fruit juice, but no milk. Breakfast is served at the 9th floor restaurant which is quite nice with a panorama view over the city. Staff: None of the restaurant or cleaning staff spoke any English, and as far as I'm aware, neither did the reception staff. For those like me who are trying to learn Spanish this was an opportunity for practice, while for others it might be negative.

As a regular Bogotá visitor, I always try to look for new and better options closer to the places I like to visit. Therefore I chose this hotel, because of it’s proximity to the gym are usually go to, and the very good great I found online. The Room, at least the standard one, is a bit small for my taste and below the average you can find in the area, in terms of furniture, bedding, bathroom, and the hotel itself. Besides it’s architecture and furniture, the service is lousy to say the least. Very few people I came across had an idea on how to treat clients. I’m not a picky customer but the standards where clearly not good. The list of negative aspects were the following: 1- Room service closed at 8:50 PM, although I was informed it would be until nine, only to find by the manager that the regular closing time is 10 o’clock. I called many times and they never even answered the phone. 2- I had to order from a nearby restaurant and when I got my food, I was extremely surprised to see that the delivery guy was allowed to come straight to my room without being announced or accompanied, which is very dangerous in terms of security. 3- I need a fork and a spoon, which I request it from the front desk, and was never brought. For 15 minutes I kept asking for the silverware till they finally brought them. To my surprise, the one who brought me the utensils, was the bellboy, without even a napkin or a plate. 4- breakfast: that was another story. Quality was on the lower side and very few options. Having said that, the worst was the harsh service provided by the only waiter they have in the morning. I was serving from the buffet, When the guy rudely interrupted me to say I had to give him breakfast tickets in order to proceed, which I had no clue about. I had to put my plate down, go to the front desk and get the tickets so I could continue to serve and eat my food. As incredible as it sounds, that was just the last cherry on top of the cake’s icing. Upon check out, and early one because I had booked a total of three nights, the manager found out about these aspects and showed concern and hopefully, will do something about these basic service aspects. I would not come back, though it’s one of the cheapest ones in the area.

As with most places in Bogota, addresses are confusing. The following review is for Apartamentos Galerias 51 not 52! They are located a one minute walk from each other on the same street though. As for Apartamentos Galerias 51, staff was helpful and friendly. Addressed issues we had. Big rooms, ample hot water and pressure, comfortable beds, secure property. Nice in-room amenities such as fridge, sink, table. Daily housekeeping was sufficient. Offered to store our luggage for the day. Check in was the longest during our five weeks in Colombia. It was not efficient either. They also tried to charge us tax for our stay and then later told us they didn't have to. Wifi didn't work once during our four day stay. First night we were put into a different room then had to move. Hot water did not work in the first room. Staff was alerted to wifi not working at all. Staff (Luis) tried numerous times to fix and but was never successful. Wifi was broken the entire stay. It worked in lobby but at incredibly slow speeds. Wifi is quite important these days and management did not attempt to address this issue for us, only staff. Were quite disappointed in this because they clearly knew it was not working. A proper hotel would have fixed the wifi issue or made it right for not having it. The windows also do not hold out the noise from the street in front but that's expected, I guess.

Just a 20-minute drive from the entertainment venues and restaurants of Parque de la 93, these urban style apartments have free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in Chapinero Alto district. Private parking is also free. Decorated with contemporary decor, Juliette Aparta Suites are styled with dark wood furnishings, large beds, leather sofas and satellite TV. There are earth toned rugs and candles. Some apartments feature balconies and all of them have large windows and plenty of light. Laundry services are available. Fully furnished apartments at Juliette Suites include dining areas, refrigerators, tea/coffee makers and kitchenware. Kitchen countertops feature delicate tile work. Some bathrooms include baths. A full buffet breakfast with regional jams, eggs, bread and world-famous Colombian coffee is served daily. Shuttles to El Dorado International Airport, a 35-minute drive away, are possible. Chapinero is a great choice for travelers interested in nightlife, food and friendly locals.
Stayed here three nights in total during visit to Colombia. We arrived at 3am and there was someone there to check us in. We were given one room then in the morning moved to another room but when we got back from being out for the day ended up in a different room again. It was a bit confusing but didn’t matter too much. Breakfast was cereal, eggs, fruit and bread - nothing too exciting but enough. Because there is no door between the reception desk and the first floor bedrooms, you can hear the phone ringing and chatter etc from downstairs. It didn’t bother us too much because we were so tired at night, but something to be aware of. It was about 1 hour 20 mins walk to la candelaria. The area felt safe and the street is much quieter than the main roads. I’d say the rooms were a bit cold but there was hot water in the showers. Staff were very friendly. I would choose here again if returning to Bogota.
