Often called "Paris of the Middle East", Beirut is a thriving hotspot for shopping, socializing and sightseeing, despite many wars and unrest. The city has been rebuilt several times, with modern architecture sharing space with Ottoman and colonial French buildings. Bustling streets such as Hamra and Ashrafieh provide hopping nightlife while the National Museum and the Gibran Museum give visitors a taste of the city's history. The Corniche is the place for activities like jogging and biking.

A disaster. We made a reservation and when we arrived they didn't have any room available. The receptionist on July 31th at 20:00 with bad manners didn't give any solution to this problem and absolutely not helpful. So be careful with reservations in this hotel. As seen they don't guarantee your room!

Had a great stay in Bliss. I had to check out early and go home due to health issues. I had to go to hospital while staying there and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even calling my room to check up on me when I returned. I will definitely stay again when I return.

We had a terrible experience. I visited with my friends and we booked the Royal Suite because we wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi. We arrived to the room and the floor was dusty my white socks turned completely black within 10 minutes of arrival, but the housekeeper was nice enough to give the room a sweep. After that, we wanted to fill the jacuzzi (the whole reason we booked the most expensive room in the hotel for) the water was warm but not hot so we waited a bit but it just kept on getting colder. We called the reception he said there might be something wrong they will try to fix it and we could try in 30 minutes, after about 3 hours the problem was still not solved and we were getting furious. Finally the receptionist told us that it turns out they can't fix the problem it's gonna have to wait till tomorrow. We demanded to leave and they wouldn't give us our money back after a lot of arguing we came to the agreement of booking the suite some other day. The next time we arrived we had the same problem regarding the dusty floor but this time the very rude receptionist said the housekeeper wasn't available since it was Sunday evening so there was nothing he can do. Also cutlery was left in the sink unwashed and there was a water bottle under the couch which is evident of the poor cleaning done. This time there was hot water but it was coming and going not very consistent. The next morning we asked for a late check out of 2 pm instead of 12 pm since no one had the room booked for the day and the same rude receptionist also declined and gave us a lame excuse. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a waste of money. I don't really have anything positive to say to be honest.

Beirut Homes offer a wide choice of short term and long term stays tailored to fit your plans and leisure. All our apartments are furnished and well equipped to make you feel home even when you are miles away.
The hotel is fine but doesn’t deserve more than 2.5 stars or 3 stars as max. I dont know if i can call it a hotel, it is more like a small apartments building. The prices have increased a lot as the become almost fantasy prices for such a hotel. I would rather pay this cost for a hotel that provides me with more facilities and is located with a better view and more central. All i want to say is that the prices are too much overrated more the place deserves.

This is an appartment hotel. The room was massive, with fantastic view on Beirut and the sea. There is no restaurant, but lot of choice outside. The staff can help you as well to order food. The room was very nice and well serviced. Good choice.

Maids are thieves and highly incompetent. Staff are liars. Extremely disappointed. You don't want to spend thousands of $ for months and leave feeling screwed. The staff have poor problem solving skills and a BAD cleaning service. You have a new housekeeper every week. ANY time you run into an issue, you bet it will not be fixed from the first time nor even the second time. I had the largest suite and the most expensive. Price kept going up but the water leakage in the bathroom wouldn't stop. It was literally Singing in the Rain. They always act like it never happened before but don't believe it. They blamed the window being open, they covered up for their maintenance team. My neighbor said she too had that same issue and that the staff are used to it. They wait for you to remind them over and over that you need your issue to be fixed instead of being hands on and making sure things have been resolved. I left the unit and that ceiling was still leaking. On the other hand they don't assume responsibility for anything. If the maid stole your little Prada purse before leaving the job, they'll come up with any lie to make you change your mind and make you believe that their maids are all great and have been there for decades. Later they admitted that several hadn't been there long since those maids told me so themselves. But the office did try lying about it. They never did anything about the purse and didn't send any updates. I never saw that purse again. When I checked in, the unit had been occupied for a long time by several youngsters. The bedroom floor was dusty and the main couch full of dark stains. Given the fact that I had stayed there before (but in a different unit), i wrongly assumed they knew about it and I didn't take pictures to make sure I don't get blamed for the other guest's mess. I didn't even bother to clean it up when checking out because I had nothing to hide: the couch was dirty when I checked in and dirty when I left. Well, Ahmad didn't think so and wouldn't let the doorman move my suitcases before I paid him $80 for cleaning. I still cannot believe that nobody checked the room before it was handed to me, yet Ahmad claims the couch was "white" and "brand new". Notice he lied about the color since the couch is grey, and I asked him to prove it was new and he couldnt deliver. That's their standard tactic: in order to get out of a situation and not have to pay you or compensate you for STOLEN EXPENSIVE items by their own maids (tiny Italian designer purse that the maid thought I wouldn't notice has been stolen, and which easily fits in her uniform pocket and which she can easily sell for $400+), or DAMAGED couches by their guests and their failure to Inspect rooms before the next guest comes in, they act with incredible dishonesty and don't hesitate to insult your intelligence. I asked to speak with the upper management and he wouldn't let me. He just wanted his $80 and held me hostage until I paid it. I was mad as hell because it was so unfair. I had informed them 34 hours earlier I was checking out and again early morning. At 3p I had to wait 45 minutes for Ahmad to do $40x7 for my nightly stay. I was in a rush to pick up my mom from the airport and he was still doing all kinds of stupid maths to finely tell me what I Already knew 7 days earlier: I owe $280 for 7 nights and $80 for the couch. Someone teach this moron how to use a calculator. Their garage is so tiny tiny will end up damaging your car while doing all kinds of acrobaties at the wheel to fit your car. I paid 1 million LBP to fix my rental car. Just don't stay in this hole, they are classless, unethical, greedy, dishonest and don't deserve your business. I will be posting my review on every platform and if you have any additional questions about this place and how undeserving of your money it is, feel free to message me.

I stayed at the Nest One Hotel for 6 weeks in November and December 2020. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills around Beirut. The staff were all friendly and helpful, including the Front Desk attendant who was especially helpful during the difficult lockdown periods. I had everything I needed and was very happy with my stay here.
