We spent five nights in a very small studio apartment that was dated and would not qualify as 4 star in most places in Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the centre. Not sure I would return.

Had a great stay at elypseo in Strasbourg. The location is convenient yet calm enough. All staffs are helpful, would recommend for a short or long stay. Particularly appreciate the pool during the hot summer days.

The place can't be located better for tourists wanting to explore the heart and history of the city. The walls of the rooms are older than any world wide wars... The kitchenet was perfect to have freshly baked and purchased croissants for those who were just waking up. Loved it, even if it is on a pricy side.

The staff was nice and friendly. They gave us good tips to explore around The location was perfect to explore Basel and there is parking next to the building. The room carpet was not very clean but the rest of the room was correct

If you have a night to spend in Mulhouse this is definitely a good choice. Cheap, rooms with option for cooking. It is an older hotel and I definitely would not stay here more than a night or 2. You can walk into the old city (about 15 minutes) and there is good parking. The breakfast is from 7 till 9 and unlike some hotels, they keep replenishing the buffet even close to 9.

The hotels offers small studios 10min from the center of Strasbourg. Just in front, a metro and a bus station, the central train station is 1,5km away. Staff are very friendly and open to help if needed... asked for recommendations for bars and discos and they were more than helpful. Good quality price

Hesitated about the stars to give this as there is a huge amount of good at the property but in the end, would I recommend it to my friends? No, I couldn't. First the good - free parking, just by hotel Great location - well, for us anyway. A stopover driving North through France and close enough to come back to after spending the day at Riquewihr. Very good bar in the village 5 minutes walk away with superb food.(Au Chasseur Alpin) Great facilities - sauna, steam room (closed for repairs when we were there but these things happen), fantastic large indoor pool. Free pool table, table tennis, fussball and indoor gym Excellent staff - efficient helpful barman (who sorted out noise problems - more on him later!), warm, friendly and helpful reception - they opened up the bar to make us coffees for a quick start when we were leaving, rather than having to go to restaurant for breakfast. Sounds idyllic right? Unfortunately it is a hotel really aimed at coach parties rather than individual families. 2 coach parties were there whilst we were there and dominated the place. I don't blame them and they were having a whale of a time but it was wasn't really for everyone else. We had already chosen not to eat in the dining room and were very glad we hadn't as we came back to the hotel to see that it was rammed and there was a party going on in there - they had moved on to what sounded like drinking songs and were bellowing them out. Again, more power to their elbow but not for individual families. The bar had been taken over by a coach group and a disco - again they were having a fantastic time but unfortunately our room was directly overhead and there was no sound proofing. When we realised this we wanted to change rooms but found that there was no-one on reception or managing the hotel after 7pm. The noise was incredibly loud and meant that no-one other than the coach party involved felt welcome in the bar as it was obviously a private party. The barman originally told me it would finish at 11pm but eventually we went to complain at nearly midnight and he made the DJ switch off at that point. (not willingly) Our rooms were 241 and 242 so avoid the corrider from around 230-250 to make sure you're away from the noise! I got the feeling that this is most nights from what another guest was saying at reception. This is all fine but we should have been warned - reception didn't tell us that there was a disco that night directly below us. Rooms not huge or in best condition but we knew that we weren't getting the hotel's best rooms as booked late. Wifi only in public areas - not a major problem for us but upset the teens!

Close to the train station and Obernai city center, the location is ideal to combine professional stay and touristic tour. The apartments with generous surfaces are fully equipped and has private terrace. From double studio to apartment for up to 4 persons, they will satisfy you, whether for short or long stay.
A bit of an odd setup here with you checking in at the Hotel Premiere opposite the property and then going over the road to the apartments which share a building with shops and cafes on the ground floor and offices on the other floors and while a bit of an unusual setup it works really well. Stayed here for 4 nights and used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas including Colmar, Mulhouse, Basel, Freiburg, Strasbourg and Baden-Baden by car and the hotel had free parking which was always available. My room 205 was large and modern with a lovely balcony with views over the surrounding area including the vineyards on the hills in the distance. The room was very well equipped with a good kitchenette, nice furniture, TV and a thing that I think every traveller appreciates a private washing machine and a place to dry your clothes on the large balcony. Overall this is a really great property and an ideal base for exploring the area.

I received a marvellous welcome from Elizabeth, the Proprietor, on my arrival. The wisteria wasn’t totally over and there a the area looked beautiful The rooms are really apartments and well furnished. Mine had a sun terrace balcony with a wrought iron table and chairs A pleasant place to while away the evening with a glass of wine and a book. Don’t miss breakfast! The breakfast room is like a set from a Roald Dahl movie or an Aladdin’s Cave. There are puppets. cushions, tapestries, a Rocking Horse, an upright piano, dolls, soft furnishings, assorted bric-a-brac and much more, everywhere you look. It’s delightful! Elizabeth, whose family has lived in the area for several generations, readily offers useful advice on the attractions in the area and there is a very pleasant restaurant just a few meters away which offers good value evening meals and, after an energetic countryside walk, a welcome draught beer. I will certainly stay here again
