Me and my family we control this camp it's in the middle of the desert we offer comfortable tents for staying and bedouin meals and we offer all the activities in the desert
Abdullah is one of the best hosts I have ever come across. We had an amazing stay where we felt like we were part of his family. The camp is located in one of the most picturesque places in the world and the tour through the desert is fantastic. Having travelled a lot and visited many places, I can honestly say this camp and tour is one of my favourite experiences of my life! From drinking tea with his uncle to listening to music by the fire as we sat underneath the stars, abdullah has created a magical space. Thank you and Shukran!

Very well organised day tour. Mahmood, the driver cum guide was very friendly. Cooked us an amazing lunch in the middle of the desert. Overall very cooperative and helpful staff. Dinner and song and dance at night were fun. The room was very very basic and budget level, could probably make that little better.

We enjoyed staying at Wadi Rum, and would highly recommend the 4 hour jeep safari and hot air balloon tour. Beyond this, Salman and Laith were extremely helpful in assisting with the logistics for our entire trip. They organised transport from Dead Sea to Petra - Petra to Wadi Rum - and onwards to Aqaba. They also advised on which hikes to do in Petra. It made our trip a whole lot easier.

Wow! This was an amazing place to stay. The organisation is so good - we arrived at the car park on the edge of the desert to a friendly welcome from Mohammed who booked our activities in and got us and our luggage into a jeep to go to the camp. The camp itself was quite spectacular. We stayed in an executive tent which was beautiful and well equipped. Dinner was delicious - I was a little apprehensive about a buffet but it was really good with plenty of choice. Go straight for the Mansaf (at the end of the hot counter)! We had drinks (no alcohol served) and lunch in the bar/lounge area which was great for relaxing and has a nice terrace. Lunch options are a little limited but still tasty (we had a mezze plate and a chicken burger) We did a 5 hour jeep tour with Satam which was absolutely incredible - a highlight of our trip. We also joined the star gazing on our first evening which was interesting but we would have preferred a private tour as others were talking over the guide and using their phones (perhaps a paid private option should be offered?) We stayed 2 nights which gave us time to do a full jeep tour and have some down time too. I think it would have been a bit rushed had we only stayed 1 night, but definitely still doable. All in all a once in a lifetime experience that I would highly recommend!!

Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp is a private camp situated in the magical desert landscape within the Wadi Rum protected area. We provide a big tent in traditional Bedouin style for eating & sitting near the fireplace, toilets & shower facilities (Hot water available) - and as a highlight for couples we offer small private Bedouin tents with beds, blankets and pillows which guarantee the most privacy & comfort. Families are also welcome and we have family style tents as well. For an unforgettable desert experience, our camp faces the sunset where you can watch the sun setting from the rocky outcropping that over looks our camp! The owner, Mohammed Hamad, and his family will be glad to welcome you and share with you local culture and traditions.
Wadi rum is surely one of the unique places i have visited in my life. Right from the visitor centre, the topography is just out of this world. After the visitor centre, you need to drive for 6 kms to reach wadi rum village where there is a big parking lot. We were wondering how would we find our camp as it was in the middle of the desert and apart from our expected time of arrival, we did not have any further contact with the property. To our surprise, when we reached the parking lot, the first person we met was Hassan from our camp. It was quite remarkable given that there are hundreds of such camps in wadi rum and it can be a process to find the concerned person who would pick you up from the parking lot. I advise everyone to have advance contact with the camp to ensure you do not need to wait at the parking lot. In case you need to wait, the parking lot has quite a few shops nearby. Once Hassan picked us up, we entered a different world. From the parking lot, the camp is about 15 minutes drive and that itself is a great introduction to wadi rum. We checked into the camp and had lunch. Lunch was offered at 10 JD person. It was 10 JD per person. After lunch we went on a desert safari with Hassan's brother. We were taken to 5-6 sites and the safari lasted for about 3.5 hours. Most of the sites had little bit of trekking/walking involved and those with mobility issues may prefer to be in the jeep only. The experience of travelling through the desert would itself be a lifetime memory, never mind the actual sites. We finally saw sunset from our last site which was again a remarkable experience. As regards the camp, the room which we chose was very nice, clean and kept in a tidy condition. Though they have martian tents, the same does not give you any better vibes than the normal tents. The normal tents have a porch infront of them where you can sit and look at the vast desert in front of you. I can assure you it would be truly an awe inspiring experience. The dinner was again a buffet affair, which was provided at the costs of 15 JD per person. We went on a full moon night, which kind of impeded the true star gazing opportunity but the full moon reflecting on the vast desert landscape had its own beauty. Overall, its a must do in Jordan and the wadi rum bedouin camp is highly recommended for their hospitality, professionalism.

Beduland Camp is owned by the local Bedouins and located inside the desert of Wadi Rum. The place is peaceful and quiet, hidden between small mountains, on a higher spot from where you can have stunning views down to the valley with gorgeous sunsets. The campsite has basic facilities such as running water, toilets, main tent and comfortable sleeping tents. We also arrange tours (jeep, hiking etc.). Please do not hesitate to see our website or contact us directly for further details and booking options. Ahlan wa Sahlan!
I had the best time staying at this camp in Wadi Rum. Awdea and his team are very welcoming, caring, and available. The camp is really cute, with an incredible view on the desert. The Jeep tour as well as camping outside have been both incredible experiences. Again, special thank you to Awdea who shared with us his knowledge on the desert. I would recommand it 100% !

Bedouin Life Camp is run for twelve years by Obeid Naser Alamamreh, a licensed Bedouin desert guide and his sons. The authentic Bedouin camp is located in a scenic spot of the Wadi Rum Protected Area near Seven Pillars of Wisdom, offering accommodation, jeep tours, hiking, climbing and camel ride in the desert. Obeid organises car transfers and round trips with his tourist car in all Jordan as well.Price of accommodation includes breakfast.Lunch and traditional Bedouin dinner is available.
Location of the camp is well situated with good view of the Wadi Rum desert including fantastic sunset and a camel ride away, the beautiful sun rise. Obeid, the owner of the camp is welcoming, he picked us up from Petra in Wadi Musa and also dropped us off at Aqaba. His son Mohamed who took us on the tours of the desert is a young and jovial character; we had many stops at various tented shops where lots of tea were on offer with kind hospitality (he calls it the bedouin whisky). The camp itself is basic; this is what we wanted. We had a room with a bathroom that was basic but comfortable. We wanted to experience the desert, we stayed for two nights and were happy with what we got. We can't recommend this camp enough.

It was my third visit to Wadi Rum and until now: the best one. I took not only option of sleeping, but desert safari offered by Suleyman. Well ahead coming to the desert contact was perfect. Trip was professionally organized, full day long and perfectly managed, with english speaking competent guide. The car was brand new. Evening supper was delicious (so was the lunch)! Highly recommended. Next visit to Wadi Rum only with Wadi Rum Sky Tours and Camp.

The camp is located in the western side of a great mountain to protect from wind and give stunning morning sunshine, as well as the centered location among touristy sites and climbing zones. As we believe in the beauty of the Bedouin life, we kept in mind the needs of tourists and difficulties they may encounter living here; we constructed some modern facilities in the most Bedouin style we could achieve like toilets and hot water sources, all to go along with the Bedouin food, coffee and tea we serve.
Quiet Village is a great place to spend a day in the desert. the rooms were very good to rest, as well as the food included. our guide Abu showed us the desert at all times in detail and we had a great day if I go back to the desert I will surely repeat the site
