Whether you are looking for a unique family vacation, a romantic getaway, or just some time to unplug and reconnect with nature, our one of a kind treehouses will take your stay in the Hocking Hills region of SE Ohio to a whole new height. We have three (soon to be four!) authentic treehouse cabins perched in the treetops on our 15 acres of private woodland.
The owners have put so much thought and love into these tree houses. So much attention to detail, no need to bring shampoo or body wash, it's all there k-cups for the keurig, spices, etc. available. this was our 2nd trip, and it did not disappoint! Hilights for me, the beauty of the surroundings, the outside shower in the morning, the smell of rainbath will now always remind me of this trip.

High Rock Hideaways is located on 187 beautiful acres in the heart of the Hocking Hills.
The Landing cabin was charming, perfectly sized for a couple, and in a beautiful and secluded spot. The only reasons I did not rate it as a 5 were that (1) the low water pressure and built-in shower seats made showering awkward, and (2) there was white scum around the water line of the hot tub when we arrived. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We have 4 cabins on approximately 40 acres of cliffs, rock formations and Water Falls. The other one White Oak is on over 35 acres. The property's are heavily wooded and nature abounds everywhere here. Deer, fox, wild turkey, raccoons, red tailed hawks, are birds are everywhere. Come to a place that is truly magical. Come to Tranquil Retreat and let Nature entertain You.
This was a great cabin it had everything we needed. The setting was absolutely beautiful you will not be disappointed. The creek running on the property was very relaxing. This is a small cabin but did have everything we needed, the hot tub was very hot. We will be back. Also we found a great place to eat called Jimbos 10 min. down the road.

We loved the A frame cabin. Very rustic, clean, well stocked. Hot tub was clean, private and ready for use. I would have liked more towels, but I brought a few from home. We definitely will be back ❤ TY

Had an excellent weekend camping at this campsite!! Came in April and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. The campground keepers were extremely friendly, namely the woman in the shop and Mark who made my day by helping me find morels. The campgrounds are well kept and leveled, and the scenery around the sites was beautiful. I can’t speak for the showers since we only stayed for two nights, but the bathrooms were well kept and clean. They also have a huge arcade barn with pool tables which was an added bonus! I would recommend this place to anyone trying to stay near Hocking Hills.

Walked in the door and it smelled of mildew and just old. The pictures on their site are definitely not telling the whole picture. The lazy susan door for is gone, the toilet literally wiggles (which I only used it because I had to go so badly, the smore's are located in glass jars (thearshmallows are loose in one jar), the headboard in one room is being held in place by rope and a hook screwed into the wall) also in that room the sliding glass door has no lock (you have to use wood pieces provided to place in the tract area to stop the door from opening). If you have a car good luck making it up the drive. The ruts are intense even for our jeep grand Cherokee. Needless to say we were there maybe 10 to 15 min and left. There is no cell service either, so we had to drive back to S Bloomingville just to call hotels in Logan to find a place to stay (at 9:27 pm). Thankfully we were able to find a place, but best thing to do is NOT BOOK HERE!!!
