100% Carbon Neutral Campsite ESKAPE CAMPS SANGLA : Operated by an Ex Army commando, Eskape Adventure Camps is located on the foothills of Rakcham Wild Life Sanctuary. With glacier stream on once side and rive Baspa on the other, its nothing less of a dream land. The Property is 100% Carbon Neutral and operated completely on Solar Energy.
Eskape Adventure camps is a great place for travellers who are keen to explore the beauty of Himachal and stopping on the way to Spiti. The camp is nestled in a valley surrounded by snow peaked mountains. The tents are comfortable and the team headed by Mr. Pradhuman Negi is excellent. The quality of food is surprisingly good for a place with limited connectivity and power. The view outside the tents, the bonfire at night, conversations with Mr. Negi are a few things that will stay with you long after your trip. Please do not expect super comfort or luxury, as you are in a very remote location. All the warmth here is from the phenomenal team managing Eskape Adventures.

It’s was quite a drive to reach chitkul specially since we reached there at the middle of the night. The camps are setup nicely, with a water stream flowing within the campsite, the staff was courteous, linen was clean and food was basic but good. You get a clear access to baspa river from here, one can simply sit and enjoy.

Knaygoh Kinner Camp at Nako is the only quality accommodation in the town overlooking the lake, having 17 tents with attached bathroom and 5 guest house rooms. Tents are equipped with attached western WCs, running cold & hot water. . Tents are new and carpeted and geared to provide guests comfort at high altitude in windy and cold conditions. A multi cuisine restaurant provides indian, chinese, continental & jain food. Organise small treks & day hike in nearby places.
Located on top of a hill, you will have the unique experience of camp stay, all tents look alike. The food is good. The tents are neat and clean and comfortable. The views are great and do enjoy the campfire. A short walk is the sunset point up the hillock. Staff is cooperative. Enjoy a ride on the lake and visit the monastery. Although it is overpriced, it is a good option in Nako

It was a self-driven family trip, we stayed October13th -14th at the property. The location of the property within the Apple orchard with apples everywhere was in itself a sight to behold for city dwellers like us,the river Baspa flowing alongside, surrounded by the mighty Himalayas 360o view was really mesmerising. Excellent Food, Excellent Hospitality, Warm ,Clean Tents, the bonfire, the river -trail walk escorted by the competent Mr. Gopal. The humbleness and the warmth of the Owner himself Mr. Vijendra Singh Negi and all his Staff Members , with special mention of Mr Gopal, his ever-smiling face will forever be etched in our heart and memory.

We stayed here for one night , the huts were very cosy and Mr Negi owner was very sweet and learned person to talk to , call it bio diversity , self healing , naturopathy ………. Rawat and Prashant were the care takers and they made sure that we had good tasty food . Not many options to choose except simple offerings but still tasty The scenery and walk to sucide point was mesmerising Very good 1-2 nights stay Bonfire was a showdown as there was hardly any with paper boxes burning

Rakchham Valley Nature Camps are situated on left bank of Baspa River and beside the village of Rakchham in Sangla Valley. Rakchham village is a small village between Sangla and Chhitkul. Our location is USP as we are situated in a kind of location where you can feel the powerful stream of Baspa River and you can see the valley view of Baspa River. We have to provide some kind of activities in our campsite Village tour, Small hikes in nearby places, Jangle walk, small trekking. The guest will also enjoy the local tradition, culture, and sightseeing of nearby places.

This place is beautiful. Full of apple orchards, happy staff, happy people around, this place is a magic. Let's talk about the rooms - Beds are clean, washrooms big and clean, hot water available, charging spots work fine. There are no heaters and blowers, so pack good. Food- You will get all meals, but do discuss this first. Indians meals are available, with amazing chai and coffees throughout the day. It can get a little expensive on food but then its not that much. We gave extra 800 bucks for teas and coffees and bread jams and butters. Surprisingly breads are expensive in mountain hotels(don't know why). But we were 3 people and 800 is not much because they also gave us discount on our stays. View - you will get an amazing view from the camp. There is a wind chime which makes it more perfect. If you planning to stay in sangla, this is it. Bonfire - For this there is an extra 1000 bucks charge because they have to get the woods from far away and the setup takes 2 hrs. Staff - The staff are amazing. Very helpful, generous. Do not pluck the apples from the apple orchards next to the camps, it is not allowed. We only picked the fallen ones so thats cool. ;)
