In this lush, tourist-friendly southern state, positioned between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats, beaches, waterfalls, rice paddies and verdant green hills create a postcard-perfect landscape. Houseboats traverse its many waterways, providing an intimate look at its rural terrain. Rejuvenation programs through Ayurveda (alternative, natural medicine) are popular here; the cool June and mid-October monsoon seasons are considered ideal for healing therapies.

It was really good experience staying here. Especially the staff were really good. Pool was maintained well. Breakfast is simply superb but food what you order was not that tasty . I will give 9 rating for 10. Will recommend to my friends as well

Stayed in the resort for 3 nights. Pros - 1) Big comfortable clean rooms and bathroom 2) humongous veranda which overlooks a green patch - you can hear bird’s singing. 4) plethora of activities to entertain the young and old - ziplining , pool , TT , carrom , volley ball , badminton….etc list is endless . They even have a quaint hammock n pond with fish . BIGGEST USPS - A) OUTSTANDING food - tasty and reasonable . For the fist time I didn’t Return home craving for home cooked food!! Coz food here is as light and yummy as homemade food. The chef puts his heart n soul into cooking the meals ! B) OUTSTANDING service - staff here is always ready to go an extra mile to help you. Kudos to The manager - Mr Jackson - for inspiring his team. They made our stay special by catering to each and every request of ours with a big smile - right from arranging a charger for my speaker to travel tips to even accommodating requests for including local specialities in food menu! C) resort is located very close to tourist spots like Edakkal caves , Karappuzha dam ( with activities like zip lining) . The resort also has trekking places nearby for fitness enthusiasts! We went to Cheengeri rock for an exhilarating trek . And guess what - THIS RESORT IS AFFILLIATED TO MANY GOOD CLUBS IN BANGALURU plus other parts of the country. So if you take membership of The Hill District Club ( Monogram resort ) membership- you get access to the best clubs in your city !!! So perhaps you would like to call the manager - Mr Jackson to explore the club membership- 9946383732 Cons - Hmmmm - the only con is the place being a small resort doesn’t have a lift . So if you can’t climb up to the 3rd floor - I suggest you request for a room on ground or first floor . We stayed on the third floor- absolutely loved the views plus the privacy .

Woow just wow... The view, nature and peacefulness you get from there is so relaxing. Complete silence you can feel at night. It's great for those who go with friends as well. The staff Anu, Shine and James they give you complete freedom and privacy to wander and feel the place. Kayaking, cricket swimming are the activities you can enjoy there. Also the food is also tasty and good. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the island. Just carry drinks and anything u require which the staff can't provide to you. You have to take a boat and come back to the land to buy things, which is the last thing you want to leave the island once you reach there. A great experience.. relaxing getaway

I just stayed here for one night and i would say its really an amazing and pleasant say in Tea Dale. The Owner Mr.Kaniraj & Staff Mr.Muthu are really humble and polite with a lovely attitude. They both called me before I could check in and inquired about my arrival time and provided me route information to reach their property. They even guided me with information and gave guidance to visit places in Munnar. They have good parking facility too for two wheeler as well as for car. The property is situated just next to tea plantation and is about 4.5 Km from Munnar town and can be reached by Tuk Tuk easily Rs.100. Cleanliness : 10/10 Food Quality : 10/10 Property Location:10/10 Staff Behavior: 10/10 You can just close your eyes and make your reservation at Tea Dale. Food was really tasty and delicious, we had Chapathi with Veg curry. Complimentary breakfast was softy and pluffy Idli and Dosa with Onion Chilli chutney ,Sambar, Coconut chutney it was soo delicious and high quality too. We really felt like eating in our home. Hot Coffee was really superb. The tiny restaurant has lovely tea planation views to enjoy and have your breakfast. They even prepared us Maggie noodles and boiled eggs as we requested. Bathroom is spacious and prick and clean . 24 Hrs Hot water. Beds are very comfy. The Balcony is well maintained with flowering plants with Sit out table and Chair. The Bedroom views of tea planation is amazing The Owner Mr.Kaniraj is a down to earth person we really had a lovable conversation , when we checked oud he and Muthu even came out to send us off. Hospitality of Tea Dale is really amazing. We walked inside tea plantation behind which was soo refreshing and rejuvenating in the morning listening to the chirping sounds of birds. Pothamaedu View point is a short walk from the property. There are 4 tiny Kirana Grocery shops for our basic needs and a small hotel serving basic dishes. They are even organizing treks , camps, jeep safari, Muthu is an amazing guide who knows information about everything. I will definitely recommend Tea Dale , and will stay again.

Keeping in mind, that you want to be as close to forest; the Queen of the woods gives you a taste of the wild as it safely encloses you in her bosom. The Tree Houses & the cottages are built so that you become a part of the mountain. In the nights, the bonfires around which you camp bonds hearts & souls. As you swim in our natural swimming pool, the clouds wrap you up in their misty embrace.
There are a few things that really stand out. 1) Location - Located on top of the hill and accessible only via 4 wheel drive vehicles. That means it is pretty cut-off for the general public and is nestled in pristine surroundings. 2) Hospitality - Roy is friendly and a very open person. He and his staff made us really comfortable. 3) Food - This was a surprise for me. Normally, vegetarians don't expect good food at most resorts. However, the food here was really tasty. 4) Natural water pond - This is a must do. The water is not chlorinated swimming pool water but natural water. The water and soil around this area is said to have medicinal qualities (there's a wellness spa right next to the resort, in fact).

Our first visit to this place was a sweet surprise from my better half. Until I arrived and took myself for a stroll, I didn't know what the surprise was. Now before getting to that, a few points about the property. Location - I immediately loved how secluded it was. The property is surrounded by plantations on one side and the Kallar river on the other, to the other side of the river is the reserved forest. Anyone in and around Trivandrum can search for Duke's Forest Lodge on Google Maps to reach the property. Property - There are six villas in total, with 5 of them having a private Jacuzzi (however, note that it's not a hot tub). The last villa was a poolside villa without a private jacuzzi (although the staff informed us that renovation works were going on inside that particular one, and it wasn't available for booking then). The rooms were enormous with antique furniture and fittings. There were two king-sized cots with king-sized comfy beds, pillows, and blankets that shall easily fit four people. There were no ACs and TVs inside the room, which made sense - there is little need for an AC because the temperature is always so good, and at a secluded property like this, a TV would be the least of your concern. Mobile networks had good coverage. I use Jio and Airtel connections, and both gave good connectivity. Jio was giving me probably the highest download speeds since I started using it, and I even watched some live sports without an issue. The bathroom has a water-heater along with the rest of the state-of-the-art fittings. Additional points for the housekeeping staff - for keeping it spotless and dry for us. There is also a spacious balcony with some more antique furniture and a side entry with a winding staircase that leads to the jacuzzi. Food - The food was simply delicious. Our first taste of the food at the property was tea and snacks served around the evening. The tea was one of the best I ever had, and the accompanying snack was delectable. The staff needed us to give the dinner order in advance, as they said they are preparing everything as per our choice. Being a person who only eats chicken at home and prefers red meat when eating outside, I thought the food might be an average experience for me, as they don't offer red meat at the property. To my surprise, it was one of the best chicken curries I had had in recent times, along with some tasty naans and Kerala porottas. Some of the raw materials they used are farm-fresh produce cultivated within the property, like pepper, fish, etc. Staff - Few of the most humble and polite human beings I have ever come across. I personally got acquainted with a few of them, but to not invade their privacy, I'm not naming them here. But once again, thanks for making our stay a memorable one. All these factors were enough to give value to the money we paid. But these were not it - something priceless was waiting for me - The Dogs. That was the surprise my wife was saving for me. Being an ardent dog lover, she thought I would love the property. Oh, she was right about that. The property houses more than ten beautiful and lovely fur friends. Most of them are rescue dogs. They are fed, washed, and taken care of by the staff at the property. However, if you are not a fan of dogs, you don't need to worry. Every staff at the property is very keen on maintaining that harmony between guests and our four-legged friends, and they are sheltered around 50 meters away from the property. But for a couple like us, it was literally the happiest place. We had some of the best times feeding and petting them. Our first visit was just for one night, and it was with a heavy heart I left the place, and ever since that, I was yearning to go back and spend some more time at the property and with the tail-waggers. And which we did just two weeks since our first visit, we booked the place for two more nights and enjoyed every bit as much. That was indeed a trip to remember. We enjoyed all those we did during the first trip and more. Things took an even more special turn when we met the person behind Duke's on the final day of our stay. We talked non-stop about for more than an hour about dogs. It's always so pleasing to speak to someone who shares your opinion about dogs and how we should be treating them. TLDR; I Absolutely loved the place and will definitely go back there whenever I get a chance.

Mandala is a small guest house located on a quite part of Alleppey Beach. It has two basic rooms, one bamboo cottage and another cottage with a great view to the beach and spa. We just started our annex property near Mandala and it has upstairs rooms with sea view. All rooms are bath attached and three of them with bath tubs. We organize some trips to the sea with fishermen, to the back waters and we also do BBQ on the beach. You can have a comfortable and relaxed stay over here.
Very kind owners and wonderful location directly on the beach. Can’t beat the location. They also do Ayurvedic massage treatments and have a guest house. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast there! Nutella crepe was delicious.

Couple of years back, we had decided to go on a short outing more to unwind and relax. We made the road journey from Bangalore to Wayanad and checked in at the Wynberg resorts. It was a great time that we enjoyed in the resort. The service provided by the staff and the food available were really good. And to top it, the resort being pet friendly, we could take our cats along as well. Really helped in ensuring that we had a peaceful time

900 Kandi is a forest situated in Wayanad district, Kerala. The route was good. The abundance of sceneries, breathtaking surroundings and calm weather. After a less than half an hour ride,we crossed Meppadi and entered to the 'Soochipara Waterfalls' road.It was a different off-road adventure. I really enjoyed , and definitely go to 900 Kandi.
