This is how we would identify "A Sunset Chateau". The staff was beyond accommodating. The grounds were picture perfect. The morning breakfast which was served was always so delicious. There is nothing we can say that A Sunset Chateau can do to enhance our experience. This is a must and we will return again.

Nestled below Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, the views from the private patios and common area are often described as “stunning “and “amazing”. Not only does Canyon Villa Inn boast of the world renown million-dollar view, but the delicious breakfasts and baked goods receive multiple five-star ratings. After a day of hiking or relaxing by the pool, guests enjoy the quiet evening by gazing at the stars and watching the wildlife roaming the forestland just beyond the fenced-in courtyard. Canyon Villa Inn is a member of Select Registry Distinguished Inns of North America.
The Inn was just lovely. Great location. Staff could not have been more helpful. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning of our stay - fresh muffins right out of the oven. We like to stay at Select Registry Inns and B&B's because of the high standards that qualify them for membership. Canyon Villa turned out to be just what we expected.

Nestled just under Thunder Mountain and Red Chimney Rock in Sedona, Arizona, one can sense the bygone days of the Old West. Beautifully decorated rooms with in-room jetted tubs for two in front of the flickering fire. The Suites at Sedona B&B is the perfect place to unwind, explore, or rejuvenate a romance. Voted #1 B&B with "Most Hospitality" for 2004, "Best Customer Service" 2003, & "B&B Guests want to return to Again" 2002.
Robert cooks up an exceptional gourmet brealfast every morning, Eric and Anahi bend over backward to make everything right and they seemed almost like family. Fresh baked bread in each room, drinks and snacks are totally complentary, The view from the Private deck and the Hot tub is nice, we also loved the two person rain shower, and down comforters are fabulous,

This hotel offered no housekeeping service over a 3 night stay. They give guest false information about COVID-19 guidance in direct contradiction to Yavapai County and AZ state information regarding housekeeping services. No one was ever present at the front desk in the mornings to take requests of any kind, and when I inquired about this upon checkout I was told by a woman named Marissa that I was not welcome and she was calling the police. I left immediately in disgust.

Brand new hotel, very clean and really nice layout. All the staff were great from check in/front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and the general manager (who checked in with us many times during our stay to make sure we were happy). Great staff, would highly recommend!

Baby Quail Inn is a charming little slice of heaven located in West Sedona on a quiet residential street. Small enough to be cozy and private, yet comfortable enough to stay for several days! Enjoy inground spa under the stars of Sedona. Spa towels and robes provided. Free wireless internet access, in-room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The entire property is non-smoking. Our inn is family operated with my daughter
We arrived late afternoon after traveling all day so we were tired and hungry. The office was totally vacated but there was a note on the door to check the email to get our room number and code. We finally found the email and spent 10 minutes looking for our room (there was no sign) which was upstairs. Another couple was looking for their room and email as well. What happens to travelers who don't happen to have email (like the elderly?) The premises were very pretty with blooming shrubs and a spa behind a locked gate- with tables and chairs for outdoor seating. We went upstairs and were supposed to have a view, but there was a tree right in front of our room and the view over the fence was to the business next door (looked like a garage or junkyard). The room was clean but smelled awful- like rug cleaner times 10. There was a sign on the bed stating if we were going to do anything to 'stain' the linens, to use the older linens in the closet. We had a queen size bed and there were robes in the closet for the spa. There was a sign not to use the bath towels for the spa, and there were beach towels in a box by the spa for us to use. The room was small, with no drawers, but we were only staying one night so lived out of our suitcase. The bathroom was long and narrow with a long counter top which held a coffee maker, even some makeup remover along with lotions etc. Inside one of the drawers was a hairdryer. I had to laugh at the signs- there were signs for everything! If you used the spa, there was a sign to shower first and if you got out to go to the bathroom, to take another shower before you go back in. There was even a sign in the parking lot to make sure you park between the white lines and to the middle of the cement barrier. I mean, really? We used the spa before bed and the temp was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the decor was dated. The walls were very thin, as someone sneezed in the middle of the night and I thought they were in the room with us! I jumped out of my skin. One good thing is the shower head- nice big shower head with lots of pressure. I'm reading reviews regarding a good breakfast? What breakfast? The office was still closed in the morning so we wouldn't know about breakfast. We were thankful for the bottles of water and granola bars provided. We just felt that paying $250+ for one night was totally outrageous and unfortunately we did not leave a tip for the maid. My husband wrote a note stating the maid should ask for more salary as the room was overpriced. I'm chucking at the questions below, because there certainly was NOT a licensed healthcare professional on the premises. There was no one else on the premises except for the travelers. Wake up service? haha Forgetaboutit - I didn't notice an alarm clock in the room- possibly but we used our phones. Location was ok- off the beaten path and able to walk to area restaurants. We had been traveling for 12 days, and this motel is pricy for the quality. My opinion.

A historic inn offering romance, ambiance, breathtaking views and wonderful hospitality. Six rooms, all with private bath, offer guests a variety of themes and our breakfast is known for being tasty and filling. All restaurants, shops and galleries are in walking distance from us. Come stay with us and experience Jerome in all it's splendor.
My husband and I spent 2 nights in the Northern Exposure room and loved it! The 2nd floor room has a small balcony, comfortable tall queen bed, and kitschy (in the best way) outdoorsy decorations. I love that the inn leans in to the "Ghost City" theme completely. Two skeletons greet you when entering, the downstairs breakfast area includes old-thymy music and vintage photos and the shared lobby upstairs includes several creepy vintage dolls. Ingrid is a kind and inviting host. We loved the egg and the blueberry muffins freshly baked both mornings. Water and a Keurig coffee were available downstairs most anytime.

Visitors looking for great views of the red rocks, the full SAAD SUITES is located in the center of beautiful Uptown Sedona. We are only two blocks away from the main street, N. Hwy 89A, among the business district and quiet residential areas. Our location provides easy and fast walking-distant access to most of the shops, restaurants and much more.
We booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights. When we arrived a little after 6 pm, there were several customers congregated outside the office wondering how to check in, as the office was locked and phone calls appeared to be fruitless. I thought to look to see if there was an e-mail and it turned out that management had sent all of its customers e-mails telling us that our keys were under the mat. This absentee "service" continued through our stay. The first thing we did after entering our room was to wash up in the bathroom. It was immediately obvious that the sink drain was clogged, taking several minutes to drain after a few seconds of water running. It was also obvious there was nobody to take care of it. The next day, after a morning hike, we came across the cleaning person... luckily because our room keys no longer worked (both rooms). She let us into our rooms and said she would contact the management. We also mentioned the clogged drain. She said she had no access to tools. One of us remained with the room while the others went out to bring back lunch. After an hour, someone representing management came and was able to give us keys that worked. Now let's talk about the rooms. They were okay in terms of size and accommodations. Nice to have a stove and refrigerator. There was no view, except perhaps for the horribly stained, worn carpets inside and the small, empty pool and various tipped over equipment outside. The price was pretty good for the area, although otherwise seeming pretty expensive for what we got. We wouldn't stay there again.

What a great property in a tranquil setting. Breakfast on the patio was great, as the sun greeted each new day. The afternoon baked good was an unexpected treat and so delicious. Enjoyed the easy walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, avoiding the busy streets during our vacation. It was great to walk back each night to our peaceful property and super clean room, to enjoy the stars.
