A comfortable accommodation in this friendly family home. Centrally situated in salen making fascadail ideal for exploring the whole island. Close to sea eagle hide, and with otters in the bay, a willife lovers paradise. Enjoy our hospitality with either our legendary full cooked breakfast, or enjoy our home made yoghurt and croissants for a continental option.
One of the best b&b’s we’ve stayed in . Judith and Martin made us feel at home immediately, the room was perfect and spotlessly clean . The breakfasts were superb and set us up for the day . The hosts always found time for a chat and were very informative. Would thoroughly recommend this for an unforgettable stay on Mull.

A charming 19th century former Inn and stables since converted to offer 4 self-catering properties, each sleeping between 2 and 4 guests. Well behaved dogs welcome in The Byre. Centrally located in Salen, Argyll House is the perfect base for exploring the whose of the Island. A non-smoking establishment. Open all year.
We stayed at Argyll house in Burnside. Great size for two people, spotlessly clean and a great base for exploring Mull and the added bonus of the Coffee Pot downstairs, owned and run by Laura and her staff. All very friendly and welcoming. Baguettes, soup, sausage rolls and tray bakes to name a few of the culinary delights Laura makes. There’s also a Cake Box where you can purchase Laura’s cakes out of hours. What more do you need. Mmmm. I would definitely recommend Argyll House for your stay on this beautiful island. You won’t be disappointed. We are going back soon.

Caorann is at Aros Mains, a rural location two miles out of Salen on the way to Tobermory. It is near Loch Frisa and Salen Bay where there is a lot of wildlife. It is very convenient for Salen and Tobermory (8 miles away) where there are shops and restaurants. The bed and breakfast has two en-suite rooms, one double and one family. The rooms both have television. Breakfast is served in the living room which is only available at that time. There is oil fired central heating throughout. Parking to side of house for two cars. No pets and no smoking. Rooms ready on day of arrival after 1600. Please vacate rooms on day of departure by 1000.Breakfast choice of cereals and a full breakfast served between 0730 and 0830. Guests order breakfast the evening before.
Lovely b and b. Debbie makes you feel at home. Salmon and scrambled egg just perfect. Eggs from the free range hens that wander round the yard. The position is perfect not too far away from the ferry and just down the road from Tobermory.

Booked for an evening meal. Friendly staff. Rather spartan and dated interior which is not that welcoming. Food basic but well cooked, tasty and portions good. Enjoyed both courses. Decent value for money. If the interior was nicer they would do much better.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is great for seeing Mull. The rooms are very good and breakfast lovely. Area in the garden to sit and have a drink while enjoying the view. But what really makes it so special is Jane and Peter, they made us feel so welcome, we will never forget them.

We stayed here for a couple if nights and it was fine . David was OK and I wouldnt have recognised him from the picture painted in these reviews . But he doesnt go out of his way to make you welcome . Large bedroom , no TV , only one ensuite , a very limited breakfast , and pay by cash . Luckily a very good restaurant at The Glenforsa Hotel where you can fly in by plane ! But must book .

Spent a lovely weekend at the Glenforsa Hotel. It was the Glenforsa Fly In and it was great to see so many aeroplanes coming and going and meeting lots of people. Thank you to Brendan and Alison for their hospitality and to the staff who worked so hard over an extremely busy weekend. As always the food was fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again.

Had a great few day on the Mull staying at Tigh-an-Achadh very family orientated and very friendly There are some good restaurants in walking distance. The East side views are to die for, but coffee shops and restaurants are a bit few and far apart.

Had a twin share. Bed and breakfast. Plenty of room and very good en suite. Hosts extremely helpful about transport/tours etc. Fab breakfast. Address was a bit vague so we rang and got detailed instructions. Highly recommended as a B and B in a remote part of the island. However, only 15 minutes from restaurants etc.
