Elegant and intimate, 7 suites are set around a private courtyard with rooftop views of stunning sunsets over the Galilee hills. Live like a local in one of Safed’s most enchanting properties in the picturesque Artists’ Colony In the heart of town. Don’t just visit Safed, Innhabit it!
The inn is interesting and fits in nicely if you want to stay in Tzfat, although be prepared to roll/carry your luggage a bit. Breakfast was adequate, although we expected it to be a bit better with more choices. There was a mix-up with the room we thought we reserved, so we ended up in a smaller room without a private terrace, which is not what we wanted. I am still not sure if the issue was due to The Way Inn or our travel agent. If you want to stay in the heart of Tzfat, this is a great place to stay.

The Artist Quarter Guesthouse B&B is a beautiful kosher bed and breakfast in the heart of the Old City that captures the ancient Tzfat charm while offering the conveniences of modern amenities.
My wife and I stayed one night at Artist Quarter. We arrived late and left early the next morning, so we did not have much time at the property but truly enjoyed our short stay. The guesthouse is not easy to find, but its seclusion from the busy streets is part of the charm. There are only two suites, both on a central courtyard across from the owner's home. The room was beautifully decorated and featured high vaulted ceilings and stone walls. The furnishings and fixtures are older but were comfortable and everything worked fine. Breakfast was cooked to order and served hot/fresh on our patio. Delicious. And last but not least, our host was super friendly, accommodating, helpful and cheerful.

High in the Old City of Safed, there is a restored building 320 years old that is now a boutique hotel named "Old City Inn." The Old City Inn is in the heart of the artists' galleries, old city street and ancient synagogues known in Safed. The hotel combines the design and reconstruction of the building history of the Old City and the Jewish community. Domain hosting hotel is a magnificent restored and built to high standards and offers hospitality in a special cylindrical. The hotel has 3 floors and including 7 suites decorated with authentic furniture, designed with the atmosphere, each suite balcony overlooking the stunning landscape of ancient Safed, Mountain Meron and the Amud Wadi.
Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Tzvat! This hotel was clean, comfortable, and well stocked! We saw some of the most magical views of the mountains and sunsets right from our balcony. My favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee in morning crisp air outside!

Located in the old town of Safed, near several old synagogues, Nofesh Baatika overlooks the Galilean Mountains . Free Wi-Fi is provided. All apartments come with air conditioning, a kitchenette with an electric kettle and a dining area, a shower, private bathrooms including towels. Some rooms have a mountain view.
This was our first stay in a Zimmer. We took two suites allowing for a long weekend with our children and grandchildren. The facility looks new. Everything worked. the owners planned and stocked the the places with items they themselves would have needed. Sources or edibles was generally a reasonable walk away and the sleep was very much appreciated after the ups and downs of finding one's way in the old city of Safed.

I love Safed and wanted to introduce my family to the wonders of this mystical town. Unfortunately, it poured rain and there were high winds. We checked in for two nights. The room was very spacious, but it was downhill after that. The man at the front desk showed us to our room and explained that he put in 2 additional space heaters to keep us warm. That’s because there was no heat in the room and the space heaters put out heat only within 12” so you had to have them right up to your face. The bathroom has limited towels and the floor was filthy. The sheets as well as the furniture had stains. It was a miserable night. When we complained the next morning, the front desk guy told us to be back by 7 so he could change our rooms. We arrived at 6:30 and he was no where to be found. We called the after hours number and explained the situation. A man who did not speak English arrived with extra towels. That was that. Our adult kids were in another room without towels, a broken TV, no handle on the bathroom door, stained sheets and furniture and a filthy dirty floor in the bathroom where the shower flooded. We received no help from the front office. It was horrible. DO EVER STAY HERE. It was a disgrace.

"Beit Haomanim" is a place in the Artist Quarter of the old city of Safed. Our four luxury suites are tastefully designed to combine antique and modern. Our guests are welcome to visit our swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa.
I am really conflicts about this hotel. There are many good things about it, but also many not so good about it. First, it is clear the owner who renovated and build the space is really proud of the establishment. He really managed to turn the run-down space into something special. With only 5 rooms, the common spaces including the roof top pool, jacuzzi area and BBQ are really thought out and well done. The rooms themselves are comfortable, large and include shower, jacuzzi, TV, small kitchen and a coffee machine. All in all, a lot of potential. The owner was also very accommodating to our group request to arrange laundry service and offered advice on what to do in the area. And now for the not so good thing. First just across the street there is one of the ugliest, falling apart, monstrosity of a high rise building I’ve ever seen. Sitting in the well appointment common area and looking at that thing across the street quite literally ruins the ambiance. Next is the lack of attention for the little details – the rooms are not cleaned every day, the battery in the remotes are dead, the shower appliances are broken, there is mold in the bathroom, the WiFi does not reach most of the rooms, etc. All of those are little things that are easily fixed if only the right amount of attention had been given. Unfortunately, the price we were charged seems to indicate the full materialized potential of the place, while it is no there. For the price paid I had expected much more and the place came out short.

We arrived for 2 nights on business. There was no one there when we arrived. The place was deserted. When someone finally turned up she couldn’t speak a word in Hebrew or English. She was very unwelcoming. When we finally got a room there was a funny smell which turned out to be from the coffee machine which was filthy. The room was very sad looking and not very clean in general. The same woman served us at dinner where she seemed very put out at having to serve us. The food was inedible and stone cold. We spent 2 awful days at this hotel and we recommend not to go near it.
