Reviewed By ruthm20This hotel took money from my account unauthorised and then refused to refund the FULL amount. I booked a room on a "cancel upto day before" policy. The price was for me to pay at the hotel at time of booking but the money was taken 10 months before booking, more money than price quoted and then not the full amount refunded. Altho this may be partly Booking.com fault but hotel should have refunded me in full and they didn't so check your card and account

Look forward to a cozy city hotel with modern facilities in warm colors and light wood. Especially business travelers, getaway breaks, long-stay guests in our apartments (with kitchenette) and small meetings and seminars up to 14 persons will enjoy staying with us. 25 rooms in the categories Basic, Best and Comfort, all with free Wi-Fi are waiting for you. Front desk is open from 7 am till 9 pm. Parking garage for a fee available.

Reviewed By Jim0Very nice clean hotel with lift to upper floors. No steps and a large bathroom. The room was bright, clean and a good bed. Many interesting pictures in rooms and hotel. Breakfast was great too. Very helpful personel.

Reviewed By Natalie JSehr schöne Appartement. Wir waren auf eine Hochzeit und hatten drei Appartement gebucht. Alle drei waren super ausgestattet, sauber und mit bequemen Betten. Das Bad ist groß und hat Tageslicht. Es gibt Wasserkocher, Tabskaffwemaschine , kleiner Kühlschrank und Geschirr. Fernseher mit verschiedenen App .

Bad Service. Small meals.
Reviewed By Nomos499My Family and I were going there for dinner last Saturday. We arrived at 18:00h and stayed until 20:30h. The service was really bad since it took half an hour after we sat down before we were asked if we would like to drink or eat anything. Afterwards we were sitting in front of empty glasses until the end of our stay. The starter we ordered took them 45 min to complete and the actual meal arrived 1h 45min after we ordered. The size of the pizzas was ok but all other meals were very small, which forced us to eat somewhere else again after we left. It would have been an acceptable stay if other people inside the restaurant that came a full hour later and therefore ordered a full hour later would not have received their meals and drinks almost 15 min after they had ordered them. All in all I cannot recommend this restaurant to anybody and will not go there again.
