Great little hotel
Reviewed By barvenartzWe stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

Great Place to Stay!
Reviewed By lorisC816EQWe originally booked for a two day stay, but our plans changed at the last minute and we ended up staying 10 days. We LOVED it here! El Serafin is located within walking distance to Corregidora Plaza with plenty of eateries and entertainment to keep you busy. Maria and her staff were fantastic! They were flexible in accomodating our changing needs and were available 24/7. They helped arrange transportation for us, gave advice on where and how to go within the vicinity, and specifically Maria (speaks Spanish) and Luis (speaks English) were lovely to chat with. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, COVID provention measures were fully in place, the building is kept very secure, and the atmosphere was very friendly, quaint and beautiful. It was truly a pleasure staying here....by the time we left, it felt like a second home. We will definitely be back :). Thank you Maria!! Love, Roberto and Lori Sanchez

Reviewed By Jose SLocation of the hotel: perfect amazing sight towards Pena Bernal and colonial town (photo is some of what you will be seeing if room heads street). Cons: given that the hotel heads to the street if you are a light sleeper this is not a place for you as the booming of the reggaeton cars outsife will be a problem for you. Also parking is far away, at least one block from hotel. Price: good bang for your bucks, no breakfast included though, there are some hotels with similar price that do include it The room: we stayed at a double bed room facing the street. Place was clean, cozy, decoration was nice, bath was ample and spotless. Bonus: restaurant is best in town, be sure not to miss it.

Bad service, bad experience
Reviewed By Cz_acevespTerrible experience, there was a suspicious black spot in the shower, the service in the reception is way too slow, the shower did not work correctly, same for the internet. The employees were disrespectful and there is absolutely no interest for customer service. I absolutely do not recomend this hotel.

Reviewed By Raul_mex_travelRight off the bat I have to say this is a 4.5 stars review, but the grading system allows for 4 or 5, nothing in the middle. Viña del Cielo is gorgeous, the rooms are extremely well taken care off and the place overall is great to have a calm weekend. You can spend the full day by the pool and a lazy afternoon strolling through the vineyard, finish the day with a sky full of stars by a bonfire. The best of it, though, is the attention. The personnel is extremely amicable, dutyful, kind and overall helpful. Of their management is reading this, they all deserve congratulations. The food at the restaurant is very good and the price very reasonable. A wider wine selection could make this even better. The staff really makes this from a nice stay to a great one. The one item to improve us the hot-tub in the loft type rooms. The water heater is not big enough and therefore you can't really get a nice temperature in the tub. This is something to look at. Overall a great option to rest and I'm sure I'll come back.

Beautiful and quiet hotel

The rooms are relatively large, clean and well furnished, with air conditioning which is highly appreciated during Querétaro warm weather. The hotel offers a good breakfast, and the annex has a swimming pool. There is no parking, although several public parkings are close by. The pool is very small, which is perfect if there is no other guest using it (as was the case for us), but might feel crammed to share. In any case, it makes a big difference to cool off after a day wandering in the sun. I would recommend to stay in the annex, which is located on another street and very quiet. There is no restaurant in the hotel, however you can order delivery and eat in the patio if you feel like relaxing and staying in. Overall, a very nice hotel to explore Querétaro and relax in the evening.

Reviewed By emmaR2259ZWAvoid. Large room, with shabby decor and no window. Noisy, given close proximity to reception. Safe locked, TV box falling off wall. Staff completely disinterested in guests, bordering on rude. Not a boutique hotel. Good location.

Extremely disappointing
Reviewed By D BMy fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were assigned room 8, a so-called "Spa" room. The wi-fi did not work for any of our devices, the lighting in the room,l including the bathroom, was dismal, the television did not face the bed, and to make matters worse, the shower head was broken, shooting water all over the bathroom when we used it on our first night there. Day 2 was not a lot better. The water went off while I was soaped up mid-shower. There was absolutely no water, nothing! My fiance went down to notify the owner and she was told that his pressure mechanism was not working and he would have to turn it on manually. He did and I was able to complete my shower. I would not recommend this establishment
