Reviewed By Tony MThis was my first visit to Pristina on business and I booked the Bentley through Booking.com Accommodation can be surprisingly cheap in Pristina but I didn't want to take any risks so I paid a bit more but at 120 Euros a night, I got my money's worth. All to myself was a three bedroom balcony apartment on the third floor. Very spacious and relaxing - which I needed. Osi is the brother of the owner and did the airport transfer himself. Very friendly and straight forward. Location - you are in the old town, slightly away from the main street - Mother Theresa boulevard - but it's all walkable. Be careful with the traffic though - crossing roads is an interesting experience. But for your base in Pristina, the Bentley is a safe pick.

Eine Perle, die leicht zu übersehen ist, da sie mitten in der Stadt - und daher schwer zu finden ist (davor ist auch ein Café, dahinter ein Restaurant und dadrüber befindet sich das Hotel). Was bei Tripadvisor vergessen wurde: selbstverständlich spricht die gesamte Belegschaft auch die Sprache Albanisch. Das Hotel ist jedenfalls sauber; ruhig; komfortabel; entspricht den internationalen Anforderungen vollkommen; sehr freundliches Personal; ein Geheimtipp… Das Menü ist zwar eher national, aber es finden sich auch einige internationale Gerichte (englisches Frühstück etc.) wieder. Geschmacklich war es auch gut. Die Gäste waren kunterbunt und familiär oder nur Paare. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen bleibt leider: die Küche macht erst gegen 08.00 Uhr morgens auf; daher konnte ich am letzten Morgen nicht in den Genuss kommen…

Hospitality and friendliness at Hotel Sara
Reviewed By mec727I went to Hotel Sara on November 29, 2019 because of the earthquakes in Durres. I stayed for a month. I found the staff helpful, and diligent in keeping the hotel and my room clean. There are several restaurants close by, and the staff will order for you and you can eat at the hotel or go to the restaurant yourself and eat there. The hotel is very close to the city center, if not in it, and it's a 5-10 minute walk depending on the route you choose. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. No, it's not a 5 star hotel, but it's a warm, family run, and family friendly hotel. I've stayed at high end hotels, but I like finding places like Hotel Sara, because it is locally run and the owners and staff are helpful. I plan to come back to Pristina as an actual tourist to visit and see more of Kosovo. I know I will stay at Hotel Sara.

A Great Hotel.
Reviewed By William WI choose this hotel based on the price. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk downhill and in an urban area on the hill above Prishtina. The room I was given was at the front of the hotel and was huge with a balcony so I was very pleased. The hotel has its own restaurant which is used by the locals as well as guests, breakfast was an omelette and one evening, I had one of their pizza's which was hand made and cooked in their own pizza oven. The restaurant is very reasonably priced , my pizza was only 4 euro. Friendly staff make this a good choice for the price I paid and I will stay here again next time I am in Prishtina.

Reviewed By agronb169We waited for sooo long to order the food.... then it took forever to be served... after the serving stared, food was coming one plate at the time! 6out of 9 plates were wrongly brought to our table.... and no one was even bothered to apologise.... not a place that I would recommend to anyone :-(

Reviewed By Botond AAll together it was a strange experience. Staff was really helpful, nice, good hosts. You should go there and think about the hotel as a 3 star hotel in the EU. Pretty much this sums it up, it's definitely not a 5* one. The facilities, well they need to be renewed. What we really liked: - The staff was very nice, specially Erblin, btw. he was the only one speaking English. - Breakfast was included in the room price, although not written here on booking.com. It was fresh and good! - Every day the rooms were cleaned, new towels given. - The sandwiches in the hotel are brilliant!! What we didn't like: - Not all facilities listed on Booking were accessible or open. Even open ones could use some renovating, like sauna area or the pool. - We could only use the Sauna, the pool and the Jacuzzi. The Hamam, Gym, solarium, pool-bar, bowling, billiard, darts... were all closed. - We booked a double delux room, on arrival it seemed different from the photos and there was no bath in the room. (they changed our room for one with a bath later) - COLD water is not really known :), well you had to let the taps run on the hot water for like 10 minutes to get some cold water...

Simple advice: NO!
Reviewed By windytravel79The owner has more houses - the evaluation is about the one I spent one night. It was terrible, hope not to be there again. The room is dirty, honesty everything is dirty, every surface stick to the dirt. Curtain is torn, kitchen is disgusting. And the room smells horrible because of smoke. In some rooms mirror was broken. Two positives: wifi was good (surprise, seeing the hanging rooter from a door...), and the place has an outside table which is good to sit and discuss in the evening.
