Wasn't Refunded one night, due to covid closure?
Reviewed By mar_mur1685We were booked for 2 nights. Due to a covid exposure we were told we had to leave after the first night and there would be no breakfast. Unfortunately I had paid for both nights and was told my credit card would be refunded for one night and 1 breakfast. I waited a couple of weeks and still no refund. I phoned and emailed numerous times. There was no response to the emails, ever. The couple of times I actually got a staff person on the phone, I explained the situation and was told the manager would contact me ASAP. I never did hear from the manager and have not gotten a refund. I would not recommend this place.

Reviewed By fayo400I have stayed several times over the past several years while fishing from Port Renfrew. The Gallery House has everything you need to make your stay memorable no matter what the purpose of your travels is. The kitchen is VERY complete with ANYTHING you could possibly want to prepare meals. Most of it provided by the owners, but some things left by previous guests. The rooms are perfectly suited no matter if you are on side A or B and will sleep a couple and two in bunk beds. The barbecue and crab cooking facilities are also an added bonus, The deck between both units is very spacious for all to enjoy.
3. Renfrew Ritz Guesthouse
Located across the park from a sandy beach and close to west coast and Juan de Fuca marine trails. This full equipped self-catering guesthouse has BBQ, full kitchen, decks and includes all linens. Non-smoking and available to large or small groups for short or longer rentals. Pets welcome.

Reviewed By MrNovember1974Rat scat, beds were not made, no heat on, floor is a tripping hazard and electrical needs to be looked at. Never will I stay there again. $154 to stay in a crack shack. Hiker Hilton needs to be renamed as the Hurt'n Hazard Hut. The single worst place ever. I wouldn't pay $5 to sleep here again. Did I mention rats?!

Mauvaise organisation, guide nul, anglophone comprenant le français et le parlant approximativement, nombreux problèmes de bus avec risques d'accident, qualité globale des repas moyenne avec le pire, idem pour les petits déjeuners.Hotels stisafaisant à part une nuit horrible dans un motel au milieu de nulle part. Non respect du programme, visites écourtées. Bref un cauchemar certains jours !
