Reviewed By Лиля ГI note the excellent location of the hotel and good prices. I liked the rooms, they are well equipped, there is everything you need. The staff is attentive, the girls at the reception are always very tactful. It is better to book a room in advance, but if you come without a call, the option will always be selected with courtesy. Thank you so much for your attention and tact.

I saw the reviews from above, but our experience was terrible. together with the pictures I have movies too where you can see a lot. Be careful when you go to this hotel: is dirty, has a bad acces especialy for the the ones with children, rude stuff that don't know any english, noisy rooms.

The Magic Carpathian Hotel is located in the very center of Bukovel Ski Resort. It takes only 5-7 minutes to walk to Central Ski Lift 7. The Magic Carpathian Hotel has 39 comfortable suites, junior suites, and standard rooms. There is also a top class restaurant, a bar and a sauna at the hotel.
The rooms need deep cleaning and repairing!
Reviewed By tatjana1609It was a bad stay, but I will start from positive things: 1) restaurant staff was nice and pleasant + breakfast food was good 2) they except Amex cards. Nothing more. About our room...you can see everything in pictures + our room was not cleaned every day!!! The heater in the room was so dirty that it was unpleasant even to look at it. The receptionists were not even pleasant. Moreover one of them recommended us the skiing rent (Sea Ski, I think), who were late and rude to us. Totally spoiled morning with that rent! Nobody cares about corona safety measures, receptionists do not even pretend to wear masks...Their Spa at Karpatskyi hotel was also dirty till the point of discusting. We will never ever stay in that hotel again!

We are eco-hotel "Bengalo" located 2km away from Bukovel Ski-resourt, Ukraine. There are 16 rooms of different categories: from economy standard to Superior Delux Suite. We are looking forward to invite new guests to enjoy skiing in Bukovel and have a comfortable rest with our hotel.
Decent accomodation in eco houses
Reviewed By Marta VWe booked a two-bedroom apartment with a separate living room which had an unfunctional "kichenette"and a tiny bathroom. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable and of proper size. The kitchenette was furnished, but had no sink (no water!), no microwave, no cooker...and no cutlery or plates. The bathroom was very small with almost no space beside the shower-cabin. The apartment had a nice decoration, the overall size was good, but the kitchen and the bathroom had a lot of flaws. There were flat-screen TVs in every room. Nobody at the reception or at the restaurant spoke English, but they were very kind and helpful. We communicated through Google translator:) In spite of the flaws we had a nice stay at the Eco Bungalows.

Incredible place with delicious food
Reviewed By Oksana RMy husband and I visited the restaurant "Honey" in this complex. Mega-positive impressions of visiting the restaurant. From the very doorstep, you are greeted by friendly staff who are attentive throughout your stay. Very good design both outside and inside. And, of course, delicious food! Everything we ordered did not leave us indifferent. Soup, meat, salad, hot wine - everything was really tasty for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to visit this place!

Beautiful Rustic Carpathian Getaway!

It was a very unique hotel, because every room was different, offering very historic, rustic and artistically designed rooms that represents the history of Ukraine and the culture of the mountain-people. A nice change from your typical modern hotels. 1) The food was very good, offering an array of delicious traditional Ukrainian dishes. 2) The customer service was amazing. Andrij, in particular was very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating to all our needs. 3) The view of the mountains was mesmerizing! Our one small critique is to make sure that you book your stay when it is 'peak season' (i.e. winter for skiing or summer for holidays). We were there in early June, and the place was not very full, making it lonely without enough guests. Otherwise, we had an incredible and memorable stay! We highly recommend History Hotel for your romantic mountain getaway!

Reviewed By LaimaZ14Nice hotel with responsive staff. We had a room in the attic. Very quiet and comfortable room. The room has a refrigerator, TV, good WiFi. There are all shower accessories. The hotel has a good location. At the bottom of the street there is a supermarket, a currency exchange point. One kilometer to the center and attractions. Parking by the hotel.

Reviewed By Inna ZVery charming hotel. Every room and every piece of furniture is different and is work of art. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The food was great. We tried to go back for every meal, but still didn't try everything on the menu. The best thing about this hotel was service. Everything was done for our convinience and enjoyment. Thank you!
