I don't think I will ever be back but would recommend this place. The rooms were big and modern and great value for what you pay. Lots of extras in the bathroom and the woman on the front desk was very helpful.

Stayed for business 2 times. Location is right in the center if the towns, there are places to eat in the vicinity. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Minibar is available. During the first stay maids brought the tea kettle. It would great to have it in room without additional request. Personell is friendly, well trained and problem solving. Breakfast is good with some caucasion concoctions and seasoned fruits, watermelons were really juicy. The hotel is probably the best in Vladikavkaz.

The four-star hotel "Bristol" was founded in September, 2011. It is located in the resort area of Pyatigorsk, at the foot of Mashuk Mountain. It offers two restaurants, wonderful spa area with hammam and swimming pool, free wi-fi, conference hall and far more. Luxurious a-la-carte restaurant "Bristol" (capacity up to 40 people) offers creative menu of the best international cuisines.
The Hotel Bristol is a piece of work and I loved it! The hotel has a sort of nautical theme with rope decorations on stair rails and a sea chest diorama half way up the first flight. The lift only goes to the 4th floor meaning those on the 5th floor had to lug bags up the last flight of steps. The room numbering is confusing with additional rooms in an adjoining building that is reached by walking through the restaurant and up a separate set of stairs. The spa and pool are also located in the second building and well hidden. The pool is long and narrow with decoration and lighting that wouldn’t be out of place in a Turkish haram. After a confusing discussion with the attendant staff member I think that the pool is free to guests in the evenings but otherwise comes at extra cost. The receptionists had patchy English depending on the staff member but all were helpful even printing a document for me. My room was fairly small with comfortable twin beds, chair and desk. There was also a closet that contained a safe with instructions only in Russian and no display panel which I managed to lock and never could open again. Fortunately, I tested the mechanism with it empty so being irretrievably locked was a minor inconvenience. The closet had lots of coat hangers and the room had multiple, convenient power outlets. . The wifi worked well with a strong, stable connection. The bathroom was very well stocked with toiletries (see photo) but, as is so common, it had no sink plug. There were bathrobes hung ready on hooks each with an orchid branch tied up with the cord. Nice touch. On the downside the sound proofing wasn’t particularly good. I could hear my neighbor bumping about even though she wasn’t making excess noise. Breakfast was a real treat. It was ordered from a menu with wide choices and arrived beautifully presented. I had the “French Breakfast” that included fried quail’s eggs. The Bristol is a good place to stay in Pyatigorsk, quirky but well run and everyone should have quail eggs for breakfast at least once.

MASK is a new modern hotel built in 2016., Located in the heart of the CMS. The convenient location of the hotel allows our guests to visit all the city resorts CMS. To visit the parks of culture, to see the sights of our region and business centers. The geographical proximity to be the airport of Mineralnye Vody. We offer our guests more than 100 modern and comfortable rooms, a different price ca
The hotel corresponds to the four stars level. This level the hotel MASK received a four-star level from the National Hotel Level Assessment Bureau. There is an information about it on the front wall near to hotel entrance. I have not found any international certification traces and this explains a lot. Breakfast is good, but monotonous. Every day are the same dishes. For staying for 12 nights it is not enough. Bothers quickly, although the quality of food is good. The park on the grounds is great! Parking is sufficient, clean on site, the staff is attentive enough. Live music during breakfast is a wonderful life hacking! Cheers up the mood! The piano player is great. The high professional person! Live music in the evening - a great bonus for dinner! The hotel is maintained in good condition, the plumbing is of good quality, the mattresses are also good, it is comfortable to sleep on them. The rooms, premises and internal restaurant spaces design shows who is owner this building! Look carefully around and you won't have any doubts in its belongnings! Anyway the nearest park on the opposite road side is so great, I have not ever seen the site like this one. I can't describe as so as will be a poem! Just look at the photoes of this art of modern existing! The bonus of this hotel is short routes to other towns of Northern Caucasus Mineral Water Region. Unfortunately bus stop are located extremely inconvenient so it would be useful to have and travel by your own car. Minuses are 1. One chair in a room for two persons when staying more than one night is not enough. This is not level 4 *. 2. One pillow on the bed in a double bed room for two - a clear miscalculation. A sort of provincialism. For one night staying is enough, but more it is a nonsense! Savings on matches! Watching TV is uncomfortable for this and the above reason. 3. The road on the other side of the hotel is shattered! Walking on it is an anguish. From early in the morning private cars go to private garages and make a noise. Dogs bark. The rest is very conditional in this case! For a business trip everything is OK, but for holiday for 12 nights it’s a torment from the third day.

Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, we are committed to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Central City Hotel is a newly opened mini hotel and the satisfaction of our guests is our priority. Our goal is to showcase the welcoming and gracious nature of this unique city to all of our guests.
We had a great stay at this hotel. It's hard to find the entrance, though. It is located on the 4th floor of a shopping centre and from the outside there's no sign of a hotel. The address is correct, so don't worry, just go inside and to the 4th floor. The room was great, big, clean. Provided: Towls, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, water boiler, fridge, safe, toothbrushs, TV, air-conditioning. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Problem at the night: doors of shopping Center were locked. We were told they will be locked at 12. We came back at 11. Locked already. Luckily, we had a business card with phone number of the hotel. We called, they opened. But it's not possible to open the doors downstairs with the hotel key. Breakfast was brought to the room by no additional cost. It was porridge and cereal. We recommend to have breakfast somewhere else.
