The deep blue waters of the Cote d’Azur are the dramatic backdrop for elegant Nice. Breathe in the fresh Mediterranean air as you stroll the waterfront promenade, or get an eagle eye of the whole city from atop Castle Hill. The pedestrians-only Place Rossetti is the heart of the city, with a grand fountain, vibrant buildings, and the beautiful Sainte-Réparate cathedral giving it a provincial French feel.

We offer you a calm and comfortable stay at modern and recently renovated suites. The suites are perfectly located on the Massena square, right in the heart of Nice and within seconds from the traditional small streets of the old town as well as modern shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars. Indeed a perfect base for visiting Nice on foot.
The location is very central , Our room was quite spacious and super clean, though it lacked luggage racks. Be aware that reception is up one flight and the rooms higher up; there is no elevator; when we arrived the lady at reception was unwilling to help us with our luggage. We are in our 80s, so I ended up going to a store next-door and paying one of the clerks there to take up our luggage!( he graciously refused payment at first but I insisted). Also my CPAP machine did not function properly there, something to do with the wiring (it worked fine everyplace else we stayed in France). When we departed there was someone new at the front desk …. a very helpful gentleman who called us a cab and took our luggage down . Wish he had been there the first day! Breakfast was not included in our stay so can’t comment on that.

The Hotel Victor Hugo Nice is not like other. Very fiendly, Cosette and and Gilles are always happy greeting you. This 7 room hotel is in the ground-floor of a 1905 building. The hotel is located on one of the most prestigious avenues in Nice, 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, 10 minutes from downtown shopping and the old town. Hotel Victor Hugo, Nice is a charming hotel. Experience an atmosphere where friendliness and warmth are the watchwords. Complimentary Breakfast, parking available (fee), Concierge, Kitchenette and many services.
Very pleasant welcome by the staff. Very tidy rooms. Rooms serviced daily. Friendly bar staff. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them. Hotel situated within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

Near to the station, which was good for me. Easy acces to trains. The bed was the best I ever slept in. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice also. The breskfast was great and the breakfast chef very cheerful. Good value for the money.

Ideally situated between the "Promenade des Anglais" and the main train station of Nice. Little palace is a real delightful hotel.
This was an awful place to stay at. Not only was the shower moldy and the bedsheets unclean, me and my friend were treated horribly. The manager came into our room unannounced three times while we were in the shower, on the toilet or sleeping, just to scream and swear at us because we had a room for 2 only and invited a friend over to come pick up her passport, which appariently wasn’t allowed. As well as this, the manager couldn’t have a normal conversation, he got very aggressive everytime we would speak to him, even to the point where he physically grabbed and pushed my friend who came to pick up her passport out the door hard enough that she started crying. He threatened to call the police for no reason but suddenly switched up when we actually called the police on him. Extremely disrespectful place, I would recommend anything else, this was unacceptable.

This is a basic hotel but very clean and lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Salma and her colleague were helpful with advice about the city, looked after our bags on our last day and lent us some towels for the beach. Location is super, walking distance for everything in the centre and old town.

In the historic centre of Nice, the Musicians Quarter, a Bed and Breakfast in a typical Nicois building of the 19th century, with large sunlit rooms overlooking a mediterranean garden decorated with palm trees.
We were so glad to find this beautiful homely B&B / hostel. It is near the centre and near the sea. Lovely spacious rooms.. Some of us had a private bathroom , some of us had to share a bathroom but all very clean. There is a kitchen to use and a dining area with balcony. The owner is a lovely lady that will do your washing for a small fee or help you with a free map to explain you all about the best spots of Nice. The beds are very comfy and I can not believe that these places still exist. Best stay in the Cote d'Azur and the price was even better. Lovely , lovely , lovely... We will all come back soon! we stayed at this apartment in May this year, the apartment hosts are wonderful with a warm reception we received at the apartment. the location is great with many great places nearby to shop and dine. a supermarket is just next to the apartment. the old town is walking distance. the wifi is good speed and free of cost, But we booked there supposedly the biggest room but for a family of four the bathroom is very very small. the door of the walk in shower was broken. it was though fixed on request. the kitchenette was good but not a great idea to cook anything in the room as then it leaves the smell. but would STILL RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS WONDERFUL PLACE....
