It felt like a home from home experience.The staff are approachable and friendly.They are so professional and want to make your stay exemplary.The premises is safe and secure.Hajo also seems to be a great employer as staff were so well trained yet comfortable around him. I will definitely stay here again.

Thembani and Noma were very good hosts from when we arrived to the day we left. They ensured we were comfortable, when we needed anything they were quick to help out. Thembani went above and beyond, showing us around Cape Town on the little detours. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again

Not recommended for a solo female traveler

Windows could not close and they used wires to secure it..for a solo female traveler in South Africa..were safety is of concern...this shouldn't be done in any establishment!! Shower were not clean. Reviewed By Jeets2804The location is great and the rooms are neat and clean (albeit on the small side). On an overnight business trip, one carries the minimum. So was very surprised that the bathroom has no shampoo, soap / gel in the shower. Upon asking, I was giving a huge bottle of Radox Bath Soak. Clearly not ideal. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. 2 cereals and milk. The offer for a cooked breakfast was accepted. The food was OK. Coffee was from the coffee machine.

Reviewed By Godfrey cYou really get warm welcome by Lucy & Kevin Lovely pets- if you love pets :) Walk to the surfing beach, and loved that it's close to main road- i stayed for a full week and could easily travel in and out of the city each day.. Thumps up.

We have twin, double or deluxe rooms available. Some units has a lagoon view and others a swimming pool view. Breakfast which consists of bacon, eggs, Russian & toast. Additionally there is 4 cereals, yogurt, cheese, muesli, croissants, muffins and then coffee or tea.

Reviewed By ChristelleW64We booked the unit through Booking.com,received confirmation of our booking etc, but on our arrival they didn't know we were coming. Bit uncomfortable to say the least. Had to produce proof of payment etc. Eventually that was sorted out. The garden wasn't in a satisfactory condition. The grass was long, and there's stuff laying around the pool. Not what you expect from a lodge. We were given a room overlooking the pool. The room was nice, only complaint is that there was only very standard/Chinese TV channels to watch. At least there was WIFI, so you could roam the internet. Everywhere on the adverts for the place you are told that the rooms are soundproof, which isn't the case at all, as the guy next door's coughing woke me up at 4 in the morning. It is close to the beach and lagoon. Some plusses and some minuses...
