Great Location, but we expected more.
Reviewed By ppeter9190The King Spa Suite was $330 per night, and we expected a great suite. The reality was that several less than great things accompanied the single room, which was advertised as a "Suite." The sheets were not fitted to the mattress, and came loose overnight. The hair dryer did not work. The fireplace looked great, but would not restart after the first hour of usage. No one could be called to help, as there are no staff on the premises after 9:00p. No one could be contacted for help without an additional charge of $50. A lot of relatively small stuff, but I expect more for $330 per night.

Comfortable stay
Reviewed By cohomanMy family stayed here for 3 nights during spring break week (April 10-12). We chose this hotel because it was in downtown Leavenworth and they allowed dogs. Our room was very spacious with a king bed in one room and two bunk beds in the other. The place was very clean and well updated, and we were happy with the accommodations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was great to have a coffee cafe (which also serves as the check-in desk) on the main floor. Here's a brief list of pros and cons. Pros: - Easy parking in the back - Comfortable beds, clean room - Very close to all of the downtown Leavenworth shops - Microwave & Fridge - Free WiFi (5.3 Mbps speed up/down) - Three floors with elevator Cons: - Very little table/countertop space - Thin walls, can be noisy - Shower water temperature was warm, not hot - No coffeemaker ( just instant coffee) The hotel didn't seem too full, and we didn't hear very much noise at night. But during the day you can hear people in the hallway. Our room overlooked the outside firepit area and screaming kids could be heard very clearly through the windows in our room. Fortunately, the families outside left before the 10pm-8am quiet time. A hair dryer was not in our room, but the staff provided us with one on request. Our beds were memory foam which I was fine with. The hotel does charge a nominal "fido fee" for having a dog in our room (it was $25 for the 3 night stay). In summary, we had a great stay at the Loge and would definitely return here again in the future.

Reviewed By G448AJlcWe enjoyed our relaxing stay at Pine River Ranch over Christmas! The grounds were were beautifully covered in a thick blanket of snow which made it magical! A delicious breakfast was served daily to our room and our room featured a a large rock fireplace which added to the ambiance. The view off our balcony was gorgeous with a private view of the mountains behind. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to escape the rush of Leavenworth which is a beautiful drive and about 20 minutes away. Also there are numerous restaurants close by that were recommended and very good

Short story is it was done wrong, hotel doesn't have management staff at location, there is 0% staffing. We showed up on our thought to be reservation which was wrong. We are out $177.00 bucks. They will not pick up the phone or return our calls.
