Lying at Italy’s geographic and historic heart, Lazio (or Latium) was the seat of the Roman Empire, and as such is teeming with ancient attractions, especially in the Eternal City of Rome itself. To the east, Tivoli has Emperor Hadrian’s exquisite and massive Villa Adriana. Civitavecchia, today a major cruise and ferry port, has been Rome’s main harbor since the second century. Many pre-Roman sites dot Lazio too, like the Etruscan necropolis at Cerveteri, dating from the 9th century BC.

Such a nice place. The location is perfect with the tram no 8 right outside. The place itself is spotlessly clean and the room was very nice. Breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered to the room at the requested time the following morning. All the staff were very friendly and able to answer questions when needed. Great value for the price you pay.

OTTO Rooms is a brand new charming Guest House, opened in December 2018, in Piazza Mazzini, the heart of the elegant and central Prati district, in Rome. The area is strategic: - for tourists who want to visit Rome: it is located 550 meters from the Lepanto metro station, about 2 km from the Vatican Museum and the historic center, which are easily reachable on foot. - for those who want to join events at the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico: we are about 1.5 / 2 km away from them - for business customers: it's very close to the RAI offices and to the Civil and Criminal Courts, the Court of Auditors and the Court of Cassation. It is a very hight level structure in terms of services, customer comfort, hospitality and attention to detail with modern and elegant furnishings that takes into account the needs of our guests, business or tourists. Our peculiarity is also having combined the receptive aspect with that of culture, art and photography. The entire OTTO Rooms common area, including the breakfast room, is in fact conceived as a real exhibition space in which, on a regular basis, we organize events and exhibition openings, mostly photographic. A pioneering concept of hospitality that allows guests of the Guest House to enjoy free of charge the works exhibited in the large common areas, and at the same time conceived as a real "photographer's house", in which all fans of this new art can meet for share, compare and grow through all the events organized and proposed. A rich breakfast is always included, with a sweet / savory continental buffet and coffee served by our good housekeeper, and has courtesy kit, mini fridge, kettle, safe and USB sockets in all rooms.
We were looking for some good and normal price hotel. In Roma you can choose between plenty of options but some are realy "specific". Otto rooms gives you perfect location, very good standard and lovable people. 100% of satisfaction ?

Lovely old world charm with modern rooms. The view from our room was amazing! Anita and Matteo were warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the home cooked breakfast on the rooftop terrace. It’s like a dream. Matteo made breakfast every morning and it was absolutely amazing. We booked this hotel based on the reviews and it was even better then expected.

Vatican Style Luxury Rooms is situated in the heart of Rome close to the Vatican and Borgo Pio. Set like a diamond between Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza San Pietro, the area has been over the years the beating heart of the Popes of Rome and maintained, despite a story so dense and full of changes of government, the old charm of a Roma unique and unspoilt.
The location of this hotel was perfect, right outside the entrance to St Peters Square. We had a twin room and it was spotless. Air conditioning and bathroom were both excellent and the staff helped arrange airport shuttles. Breakfast was above average and delivered to the room, lots of fresh fruit and a good range of coffees. Nespresso in the room (could have had more pods supplied) Would definitely recommend and return.

Last week, I have stayed with my family and friends (total of 4 adults + 6 children) for 1 day at this amazing B&B. Everything was just great !! Starting with the rooms, the beds, the showers, the location of the B&B, the restaurant that Fransesco (the owner) recommended for dinner. Without any doubt I give it a perfect "10" and a "100" for "value for money". The only complaint I have is for myself that I didn't have enough time to spent at the B&B as my flight took off from Roma early next morning. Fransesco - thank you so much !!! Nir

In the most evocative setting of ancient Rome, in a typical late 19th century Umbertine style building you'll find Relais Forus Inn, a complex designed to accommodate demanding customers and good taste lovers......The Forus Inn is located a few steps from Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, the underground line B station Cavour and about ten minutes walk from Termini railway station, allowing you to reach easily the key points of downtown Rome (the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Campidoglio, S. Maria Maggiore, Piazza di Spagna).Due to its excellent location, to the elegance of its rooms and to its facilities (ADSL and Wi-Fi broadband Internet connection, minibar, safe box, Sky TV, air conditioning). Relais Forus Inn is an excellent resort both for a holiday or a business stay.
Good value with a nice Prosecco and welcome snacks/drinks for our honeymoon visit. The room is little small but perfect for short stay as most of time is touring outside. Air conditioner is great for summer time! Convenient location about 10 mins walk with our baggages. It was possible to late check out with extra charge. Staffs were awesome and very very helpful for all questions which I was very appreciated.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here and we loved everything about it! Staff are so friendly and helpful - helping us with bus info, maps and provided restaurant recommendations. We visited one of the restaurants and it was amazing! Rooms are lovely and clean with daily room service. Every morning we had fresh pastries, toasties and yoghurt for breakfast and staff could not do enough for us! We had issues with our airport transfers while we were away and Tommaso was very helpful in calling our holiday agent to sort a transfer taxi for us and made sure it all went ahead smoothly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome and have recommended to family and friends!
