Reviewed By kramatorskPlease note that now this guest house is called Seginy Seaview. Since my wife is pregnant I was looking for a calm hotel on the beachfront with all inclusive. Booked this guest house based on rating (now understand that at least part of feedback are fake). Guest house manager Hamdan is dishonest, mercantile and deceitful person. First of all he booked us transfer from Male airport twice as expensive then for the rest of the passengers on the speedboat. Next on arrival he said that booked room with seaview is not available and we need to stay in another room with wall view for a few days. And only after 6 hours and call to the support he give us our booked room. Next day he said that "by mistake" cancelled our our reservation and marked us as "not shown" and asked us not to inform booking.com about that since he will have problems. We agreed - it was mistake… 3 days before departure we asked to check transfer to the airport for us. Hamdan did not provide us price details until late evening before departure: $300 was his price - he thought we will not have other options how to leave island because of late response. But we already booked transfer for $40 in another guest house. Several guests who were living the same time as we (from Spain, form Russia) told us that they have a problem with getting split form (required if tourists decided to stay in hotel on another island). Hamdan was asking to provide positive feedback for all properties he manages (even for that where nobody from tourists were). And only after that gave split form. Last day we as usual ordered lunch from the all inclusive menu. But during checking out staff said that we need to pay $32 for the lunch and $100 fine - we disagreed to pay since NOBODY informed us that we should pay for it BEFORE ordering. After that staff blocked exit for me and my pregnant wife and while blocking the door touched my wife BUT SAID that i hit him and he will call the police - OMG - really???? After that we went to the harbour where our boat was waiting for us. But Hamdan was blocking it and talking to police. He was blackmailing us that we do not have PCR tests (he did not know that we had) and that's we will not be able to leave Guraidhoo - he was laughing. Please note that the very first day he said that we do not need PCR test since airlines and Ukraine does not require. Hopefully we left the island and arrived Male Airport. But during the checking in on the flight security staff asked us to leave the line since they got information that we have positive PCR - and demonstrated us message with information and our passport information. Hamdan false informed immigration service about our positive PCR. But since we had negative PCRs certificates staff apologized for that and we left Maldives. So instead of calm holidays in Maldives we got stressed with all this incidents, especially my wife. Avoid this guest house.

Reviewed By asarey7588We stayed 2 nights. Clean room and friendly staff. Nice location. Very near to beach and good ventilation. Good food available from nearby restaurant for cheap. (Kasimbe restaurant) Room service also available. Indoor games available at the hotel.

Reviewed By janderadeNos alojamos un par de noches en esta guest house y todo fue genial. La habitación amplia y limpia. El personal fue super atento con nosotros y estuvimos muy a gusto con ellos. El desayuno es correcto pero sencillo. Nos dejaron un kayak.

Reviewed By 831roshangI will not recommend this hotel as I had very bad experience. Staff behavior: When you ask anything they will first not listen. They don't care whether you are their guest. Also they will lie you that you cannot move to any other island from here. Location: Location is also not good as you will not find anyone there. Not having seaview as mentioned in picture Food: worst biriyani and other food I had in my life.. They served fried rice with uncooked chicken in name of biriyani. Excursion: They mentioned very high rate in menu list and tell that they will give huge discount.

Попросили на завтрак хлопья и на следующий день было два вида хлопьев. Трансфер с Мале и назад был быстро организован. Number on the photo. There is no hair dryer in the room. You have to ask Said. For breakfast, you can choose from: tuna with onions, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, local bread cakes. Asked for cereal for breakfast and the next day there were two types of cereal. Transfer from Male and back was quickly arranged.

Reviewed By alinej299We made the booking at Booking.com. The place is a Guesthouse, the reception is the living room and there are 3 rooms ( the middle one have the window opening for the reception, what means no outside window, just to inside the living room. When we get there they asked us the payment, when I gave them my credit card they charged me 5% more. I asked a invoice with the description ( Booking do not allow the properties to charge more for the room just because you are paying by credit card ) so I could send it to Booking and make a complain. They gave me the paper from the card machine. I explain that was my right to have a formal invoice, that from the card machine was not enough. They start to pretend do not understand English anymore. I decide just inform Booking about this situation. So I asked for the key. They start to understand English again, and made some phone calls. After that they told me that the hotel was fully booked, so we should go to another hotel. I work in hotel, so I know that in this situation they must give us the same quality or better quality hotel. They took us to the middle of the island, to a place place that looks like a “favela”. Of course we refused to stay. They took us back for the first hotel. More phone calls. So they took us for a better hotel ( from the same owner ). I had to ask to Booking for the 5% refund and for the invoice, they agree give me the invoice when I was already out there. They have no respect at all, and try to scam you all the time. Avoid this place!!!
