With her wonderful and exceptional panoramic view on Roume Island and Loos Archipelagos, the villa Elijah guesthouse will offer you different types of stays: relaxing, cultural trekking, sportfishing, spearfishing, African dance and percussions worshops, etc.
I didn't stay here unfortunately but the food is wonderful, fresh fish caught by the owner who is very friendly.Had dinner twice and wish that I had stayed here. Great view over the bay from the balcony where you have your dinner too.

Auberge Lac Koba is a tranquil place and a probably great spot to relax for the weekend. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning mostly works well at night (there’s no power during the day). However, longer stays and/or using it for a business meeting can be complicated. The older lady who owns the auberge is easily confused and challenging to work with. She told us told there was wifi there, but there is not. We were told we could pay by wire transfer to her bank, but when her bank didn’t receive the money (mine confirmed they had) she blamed it on me and became paranoid that I was trying not to pay her, finally requiring someone from our group to drive to Conakry to get cash. Meal portions fluctuated from far too much food, to way too little and we never knew what would happen the next day. We were not allowed to have butter and jam at breakfast, even though breakfast is supposed to be included in the room price! The air conditioning did not work well in the conference room and it was way too hot most of the time. Power is only turned on at night, so the rooms are dark and hot most of the time. It’s unfortunate because the setting is really nice and the rest of the staff are excellent. Overall, I would go back for a relaxing weekend, but not for a longer stay.

We arrived as agreed late in night. The man who met us in the door was drunk and didnt know anything our arrival. He showed us to a VERY damaged room (in african standards) and asked for 40 euros. We left. Bever go there.

En plein centre ville de Conakry, et à proximité du plus grand centre d'affaires de la capitale, se tient notre hôtel dans une zone calme et sécurisée. Idéal pour votre séjour d'affaires.
Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. We got to keep our room an extra day, free of charge, since our flight left in the middle of the night. There is not a enourmous amount of hotels in Conakry to choose from, but this one is certainly recommended.

Everyone needs a place to lay their weary head. For travelers visiting Kindia, Les Eaux de kilissi is an excellent choice for rest and rejuvenation. Rooms at Les Eaux de kilissi provide a mosquito net, and guests can stay connected with free wifi. In addition, while staying at Les Eaux de kilissi guests have access to a 24 hour front desk, express check-in and check-out, and a gift shop. You can also enjoy an outdoor pool and a lounge. Best of all, Les Eaux de kilissi makes it easy to experience some great Kindia attractions like Le Voile de la Mariee, which is a popular waterfall. Les Eaux de kilissi is sure to make your visit to Kindia one worth remembering.

I stayed for three nights in November. I have to say that the rooms at 70 euros a night are not good value I'm afraid. They are sparsely furnished though clean when you arrive. However during my stay the room was not cleaned at all, particularly not very pleasant when they prefer that one doesn't flush the lavatory paper! The rooms are desperately in need of renovation. They do however have wonderful views from their balconies. Restaurant is wickedly overpriced, I get the impression that they are making a lot of money but do not want to spend any! Meanness. I didn't see the rooms at Villa Elijah but recommend people to stay there though they have no beach. The beach at Sogue is very fine though I have to say that.Staff are friendly and helpful.
