Sun-drenched and built for fun, Australia's Gold Coast hugs Queensland's southeast coastline with beaches, shimmering high rises, and epic surf breaks. Though it's hedonistic at heart, there's also plenty of opportunities for adventure and family-friendly attractions beyond its well-known party scene.

Awesome staff from the Manager, front desk staff cleaners etc they were so accommodating and non intrusive and plenty helpful when needed, would recommend to any of the Military Veterans whether past or presently serving, this place is a safe and relaxin haven. Any veterans out there with a service/assistance dog this place is for you! Can not thank the Manager and the Ladies and very kind Gentleman at the front desk for all there help, some places that we have stayed at have been very stressful…not here! The staff are more then accommodating so much of a relief to finally stay somewhere which is close to everything you need yet quiet which is hard to say for Gold Coast. Will be booking again whenever we are down there next! Congrats on the service and your hospitality that’s was forever shown every day! Much thanks and love from Tanky boy, Cristy and Kyle. We (3 adults) stayed here for one night recently. Initial impressions on arriving were that the hotel is nice, clean and modern. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately there is not enough off street parking available so we had to park on the street. So be warned, book your parking in advance. We booked a room for 3 adults and it is fair to say that the room was tiny. With the extra single bed taking up valuable floor space there wasn't much room left for anything else. There is NO storage in the room, no closet, no wardrobe at all. The only place to hang clothes is on a metal rail attached to the wall. The bathroom is super small and the water pressure in the shower is terrible, also the water temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold. The beds were comfortable, however in this colder weather there were no extra blankets or bed coverings in the room. Also, the aircon was locked on cooling. It was impossible to change to heating! Tea and coffee facilities were standard. Wifi was acceptable. The T.V. is good but small. We paid extra to have breakfast onsite and it was worth the money. Would we stay here again? Probably not. While the hotel is new, clean and modern, the bad outweighs the good for us. Tips if you want to stay here: Maximum of 2 people per room. Pre-book your parking. If you are staying during colder months bring extra blankets and/or hot water bottle.

Transport to the theme parks right outside the door. Sparkling Salt Water Pool and Heated Salt Water spa. Come in a just have a relax.... or see the sights....
Older style motel with very tight parking. The manager is very friendly doing his best with what he has to work with. I think it was overpriced for what you get. Room was very dark as the blinds were down but couldn’t be rolled up unless you wanted to lose your privacy. Building needed attention for basic maintenance. Great location, good choice of restaurants close by. Close to the beach.

Just 2 of us for afternoon tea and we both thought how amazing it was! I have just read a previous review that was awful and I can't believe we were at the same place. We were welcomed warmly by Liz, seated and immediately brought water. We then ordered our drinks and plenty of choices and some lovely varieties of tea. The first cake stand came out with the savoury food on in 3 layers. Bottom layer was mixed sandwiches. I do not eat any greens but it was easy to remove what I didn't want, as had not specified any dietary needs as it isn't an issue really. Sandwiches were freshly made and very tasty. The middle layer had wagyu burgers, arancini balls and another savoury, top layer was spinach & feta puffs, salmon savouries and one other choice. THEN came the sweet platter with scones, jam (homemade) and cream on the lower level and on the top was a panna cotta, chocolate mousse and several other choices. Each item provided one item per person. The photos are incomplete as we had already started on the savouries, there are 3 items missing on the top level and 3 from the middle. Tea is also replenished inclusive in the price. All the items were freshly and deliciously made, I could see no evidence of store bought or frozen as previously quoted. The whole thing was an absolute pleasure to experience and I will be returning and introducing it to other friends. I have been to several other afternoon places in the area but this tops them all! We were asked several times if everything was OK and was there anything we needed. Richard is a Chef which is obvious by the delicious food. Well ;done!

Escape to Tamborine Mountain to stay at our Resort Hotel Motel. Here you can enjoy the amazing view from our Garden rooms and outdoor dinning area.
TV fell off its bracket while in suite 17, cracked my phone screen & the horrible manager Theresa would not believe it happened even though we took photos at the time. Promised to fix it after fighting with her in reception, sent through my receipts & only received $100 of the $233. Emailed several more times to no reply, then called to speak to another equally appalling manager called Brendan, who told me that was all they were going to pay because "it really wasn't their fault". Was then told they said we had RIPPED THE TV OFF THE WALL TRYING TO MOVE IT. Why on earth would we do that?? He then laughed at me when I got upset. Unprofessional, rude & appalling customer service. Poor quality facilities. Overpriced & sub-standard meals, to add to it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

On arrival it I had to look for someone to book in as nobody at the desk. Well the website promised recently upgraded accommodation. First impressions were that it must have been updated using Grandma's hand me downs. Very old and dated fittings, and a shower that only worked sometimes. The hot water sometimes didn't work at all, or it came out in spurts. We booked a room for a couple and requested bedding as such, but got into the room and had 3 single beds. Luckily the beds were on wheels and we could push 2 together. We decided to check out the bar in the main building which was nicely decorated as you would expect, but I jut don't get marketing yourself as an Irish pub but playing pop music through the speakers. It was definitely lacking atmosphere and the staff also seemed disinterested in being there.......and $19 for a beer and glass of wine was just ridiculous. They also advertise Wi-Fi but when I tried to access it you needed a login. By this point I couldn't be bothered going to chase this up, but it should have been in the rooms. The rooms did not have any form of paperwork or information at all. The room was somewhat sound proof but you could still here loud people in the bar area. No traffic was heard though and the beds were comfortable.

We just stayed in unit 17 which offered amazing views from inside the unit. The unit was very comfortable but the standout for us was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Thankyou for going the extra mile to make our stay special. The rooftop bar offered amazing service and yummy cocktails.

Pros: Perfect location. Clean and well managed. Reasonably priced. Nice spa and pool. Cons: There's no escaping the fact that it's noisy. Not only that but the drilling from the nearby construction site causes the building to vibrate. Our room was a bit dated but others may not be as apartments like these are often individually owned.
