We are based on the east coast of Mauritius in a small village called 'Deux Freres' on the bank of Grand River South East, the longest river of Mauritius. The lodge is ideally located at canoeing distance halfway between the waterfall and the crystal lagoon of ile aux cerfs. At Otentic, we try to give a truly Mauritian experience to our guests. Exquisite BnB, centrally nestled in typical coastal village of Trou D'Eau Douce. SM Lodge is the perfect gateway to Iles aux Cerfs. It provides cheap and clean accommodation for the budget conscious traveller. It has 6 en-suite rooms and a penthouse on the top floor. There is a shared terrace which is also used for breakfast. The rooms can accommodate a couple and the penthouse a family of three to four. SM Lodge is conveniently situated and provides immediate access to ATM, Public transport and access to the sea within 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk. Families with kids should plan for 30 minutes walk. We are near nice and local eating places.
