This hotel is fantastic. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The pool area is fabulous, and the hospitality is fantastic. The breakfast and evening meals were outstanding. We loved it so much that we extended our stay an extra 2 nights. A little gem in a lovely location.

the room was okay, the mattress could be better but i think we had a nice sleep. The fan they give you helps you out because an august night in here is quite warm. The pool was pretty good, maybe a bit smaller of what I thought but it did the trick, we spend half of the day enjoying the sun and it was what we needed. Breakfast was 8 Euros i think but it was worth it, maybe missed some hot stuff. But croissants were pretty good.

We recently enjoyed a 4 night stay during the Easter weekend in what was a wonderful experience. The two hosts were fabulous, the property beautiful and our room full of character and romantic charm. We were welcomed upon arrival with a glass of bubbles in the small, but pretty courtyard, having been dazzled by the decor of our room and magnificent view from the window. The breakfast was also of a very good standard and kitchen amenities plentiful. Highly recommended as a base for champagne tasting in the area

Absolutely wonderful food. The Menu Marche was about 25 euros and we started with delicious amuse bouche followed by starter, main and pudding; all brilliantly prepared and served. If your looking for somewhere special this is it.

Perfect location at the top (or bottom?) of Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. Close to pretty much everything you might want to do in town. It's not a huge chain hotel, and doesn't have a large number of rooms. We had two rooms, on separate floors, which suited us fine. The rooms were large enough for two persons with (small) suitcases. Clean and comfy. One room had a safe, the other didn't, not sure if this was a coincidence, but I'm sure it could be discussed with the staff if needed. Wasn't an issue for us. We had dinner in the evening. Mainly a tapas-based menu, which was perfectly fine. The portions were large and filling, and went well with a bottle of Champagne. Breakfast was good. Very bread-based, but with high quality bread. Not a huge selection as in larger resort hotels, but what they had was high quality, and definitely enough to fill anyone up, and there was something for everyone. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were called on the day of arrival. There is a gap in the afternoon when the reception isn't staffed. We weren't aware of this, but since they called and informed us we could plan accordingly. It's understandable, since it's a small establishment. The hotel has a collaboration with a Champagne house down the road - A. Bergere - definitely worth a visit as well. Definitely recommended for a few days' stay in Epernay.

Laure is a very kind and thoughtful host. I stayed in the Chevral room which is beautiful and huge. Sooo relaxing The bed is so comfortable. I had a very relaxing massage by Nelly and I had a dinner created by Laure accompanied by a delightful glass of champagne. It really was delightful. Being in the centre of Epernay you could walk everywhere. Highly recommended.

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Ay en Champagne, our Domaine Sacret is housed in a building dating from the 19th century. Our 4 guest rooms with refined decoration, all are equipped with air conditioning, a welcome tray and Clarins welcome products. A large common room with French billiard is available as well as a bar where you will find our Champagnes and other drinks in self service with supplement. We have free parking and closed at night, free wifi is available throughout the property. Pluses: a warm and family welcome, a welcome plate (upon reservation with supplement), a rich and freshly prepared breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice, baked pastries, fresh fruit salad, cold cuts and cheeses, salmon ...) and a free tasting of our Champagnes on the evening of your arrival!
This is the sort of place you find and want to cherish, Odile is the most wonderful host and made our second visit a complete joy. The welcome was as we remembered from 2020. Our room, Theatre, was perfect for a 3 night stay, large and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious as is the house champagne. We will be back!

We stayed for two nights. This is a true bed and breakfast as they offer very little beyond that. We booked the place based on the pics and description on their website. The website never informs you that the room has bars in the windows and that ALL windows are covered with semi transparent fabric so the room looks like a nicely furnished, dark prison cell. The pictures of the room outside attached to this review. Super overpriced for what it was. I communicated my dislike and was very happy to pay extra for a better room but they didn’t have any available. Following that there was zero effort to make the bad situation any better. Few months before arrival I communicated with them that it was my husband’s bday weekend trip, there was not even a note or happy birthday from any of team. Zero effort. A month before arrival I wrote an email asking asking about wine and champagne bars in the area. I was sent a generic list of local restaurants, none of them wine bars. Zero effort. There is generally zero effort and zero hospitality here. You get the key to an average room, you pay and beyond that nobody cares and nobody is interested. Honestly it was the biggest hospitality disappointment I had ever since we went to Sofitel Strasbourg two years ago. Complete disappointment and as a semi professional traveler I could never recommend this place to any of my clients based on my experience. Better places to stay literally next door, one a bit cheaper, one a bit more expensive but worth the extra cost.
