A large and unique choice of clean and beautiful accommodations at Kribi: comfortable ( 45 euros Room with access to all the facilities of "Gites de Kribi" Pool, spas, sauna, fitness room, games room wifi etc, through the wooden hut in the mangoo tree perched in the large mango tree in front of the Ocean or the apartments, cottages with 3 bedrooms for 6 people,or the 8 bungalows with 1 to 2 rooms for 2 to 6 people for all reasonable family budgets. The most famous restaurant in the area Le Plaisir du Gout" ( "The Pleasure of Taste") on the large beach in front of the Gites de Kribi. An exceptional protected place in the pure nature.Fish and fishermen :the pure traditional african way.
We were in Kribi for 5 days vacation The first 2 days were rough. We went from hotel to hotel. Paying high price and no comfort and poor staffs. We finally got a room at Gites de Kribi. Very great staffs clean room a great location. Ours last 3 days where just what we were looking for. The staffs at the front desk were nice and respectful. Great restaurant on the beach very relaxing with good breakfast buffet and good menu. The restaurant staffs were amazing. I will like to send a special shouts out to Cathy one of the restaurant staff for here honesty and professionalism. A staff member to have. Thank you again Cathy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all family and friends. Con: not enough parking space.

I highly recommend the Victoria Guest House! The primate sanctuary (worth the trip to Limbe!), the gardens, and the fishing port are all within a convenient 15 minute walk from the centrally located hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the WiFi worked fine, and the beer was always cold. The room was basic but absolutely clean. The views from the upstairs rooms and balcony were great. I felt very safe and well taken care of.

Everyone needs a place to lay their weary head. For travelers visiting Douala, Jet Hotel is an excellent choice for rest and rejuvenation. Jet Hotel features room service, to help make your stay more enjoyable. The property also boasts a pool and a lounge. If you are driving to Jet Hotel, free parking is available. If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant, consider a visit to LA PIZZERIA or L'Italien Piccola Venezia, which are all conveniently located a short distance from Jet Hotel. Plus, during your trip, don't forget to check out an architectural building, such as Cathédrale Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul. Jet Hotel is sure to make your visit to Douala one worth remembering.
The hotel is close to the airport and without traffic about 10min by car to the city center. The staff is very friendly but the hotel is very run down for the price. The breakfast in the restaurant was good if you have time and patience to wait more than an hour. We enjoyed refreshing at the pool after a long day in Douala.

It's a nice hotel with a good restaurants and a supermarket downstairs where can get all the stuff you want. I visited the place on a Friday evening to get cake for a friend's birthday. The cake was delicious i can tell you.

The hotel at least gives option to book them online . There is possibility to pay with VISA card. The hotel accepts Euros with a slight higher rate compare to change office. The Chief cook is very flexible. He can cook European as local food. You just need to plan ahead. For example you can place your order and request to be served at a certain time in the evening. This will allow them to buy fresh ingredient during the day if needed. The rooms are not 5 tars of course but clean enough. Your laundry can be hand over to the reception and collected back some hours later. I prefer the rooms which face the road as this is bringing a bit of lively atmosphere. There are rooms at level 3 with A/C, but the room without A/C are equally good because Bafoussam is very cold usually. There is WIFI but don't trust it. Cable is better. There is a desktop you can request to be sure you will have internet. If you are a professional who really needs wifi, it is better to purchase some of those locals modem to ensure you will be able to work properly. The place is safe. Others needs you just need to ask for. TV sets is still those old cathodics tubes , you can access several channels. Be aware that your room can may be have only 1 socket which is your TV socket. You could thing about multi socket in your luggage or sacrificing TV if you have to plug your device. They provide a soap every day. You need to bring your personal cream. The personnel doesn't speak English very well but understand very well and try to please the customers.

We rented the room on Expedia, and we really enjoyed it. it's across the highway from the falls, walking distance to the beach. The four-story hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms have A/C and mosquito nets. The best part is the covered roof deck, with great views to the water and the jungle behind. The owner is Italian, and it is family run. We will be back.

I don't want to be too harsh because for this price category the facility and services are not too bad. Rooms are large and relatively clean and Wi-Fi is very good. However, the hotel is relatively new but already suffer major deterioration: stained wall, doors that can't be locked, non working tv, torn bed sheets etc..we had to check several rooms before finding some with limited defects. Hotel is far from Limbé downtown but can be convenient is you are looking for a nightstop on your way to Douala.

On checking out they overcharged me by mistake 10x the room rate and did not know how to credit back the serious overcharge and even though they admitted it was their mistake it took me three weeks and some local pressure to get my refund. Not very courteous and if we didn’t have a local contact I doubt I would have seen a cent The dining room is ok run by nice people hence my one circle.

Worst place to ever sleep, the building is good and clean but the senior manager is a thief, be careful to pay your money and ask for a receipt, l got to this apartment on Monday the18th paid for an apartment and a car for 5days the car was bad never used it. The so-called senior manager Sherry Bright mokosso was on the run pretending to have headaches. No costumers service , no running water nothing good , l feel sorry for the owner of that place, she will reign that place l use the car only for one day and, that’s Thursday and left on Friday morning 6am, she refused to make a refund. Thief . That money will not lead you any where. Shame shame
