Reviewed By LMJBathWe weren't sure whether to choose a big hotel on the beach or an intimate boutique hotel in the Old Town. The decision came down to being around the Old Town in the evenings as we wanted to be around the history of the town. Our decision was the best. This hotel is a gem. The rooms are unique and comfortable. Super mattresses and a very good night's sleep. The staff are attentive and welcoming without being overbearing. You feel very special. The rooftop terrace was a magical spot. Someone has created a grotto up there and it has a great essence. And this is where we had our substantial and very tasty breakfast each morning. Simply wonderful.

Pension El Parque is situated within an apartment building on the first floor. The location is in town close to to all amenities. The beach is a 10min walk and the charming old town a 5min walk.All rooms are en-suite and a television and fan are included in the rooms. We also offer 2 dining areas with microwave oven,mini oven kettle and toaster for your use. All rooms are serviced daily.
Terrible owners, dirty and NOT ANY Covid regulations! Stay away!
Reviewed By Anniken Larklei... NI stayed for 2 months during the pandemic with my daughter since we had to find a new apartment. We got a big room with private bathroom. Its suppose to be shared kitchen at the facility but its just a micro owen and a fridge. Also you could use plates,glases, forkes,knives etc from the dirty cubbords. No water in the "kitchen". Dirty dishes from all the guests. The fridge wasnt cleaned ones for those months we stayed. Its 4 phonenumbers to the owners in the "reseption" wich always was unattented. The room was so humid and full of fungus that me and my daughter was more or less sick all the time. Everything in the room was extremly dence and wet. Not possible to dry anything. The owner went around complaining about people making a mess. They came by maybe 2 times a week to take the trash from the kitchen that was always so full so trash in bags all over the floor. Then they put wet dishes in the cubboards after "cleaning". They accused guests for stealing beddings etc... I was accused for stealing towels after I left even if I told them that I hanged them on the terrace because of the humidity. The corridors were extremly dirty. Also NO heating what so ever in the shared areas, For safety reasons this place should be closed down asap. Also the entrancedoor was broken so anybody could just walk directly in from the street. More disgusting place or people I have never met before.

Reviewed By Garry999_12Brilliant location, all the facilities required. The apartment owned and rented by Unitersa was clean with all the necessary basic essentials. Only complaint would be the reception is at Turmalina complex and is a fair walk away for people who are senior citizens. You have to go there to collect keys and make payment, and if you want to hire a security box, again it is situated there. A fair walk whenever you need some cash or item of jewellery. Good use of electronic tag and keys to gain access to Hipocampus. Booking in process easy and everything organised apart from the walk back and forth the reception.

Nice, but may be improving
Reviewed By Valeria UI remained in this Hotel two nights with two friends. The location is very nice, with a little swimming pool and a very nice garden with a lot of flowers. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. But the room is so little for three person, despite is a triple room. Sometimes we couldn't move. The hotel is very far by the centre of the country, so you have to take a car or a taxi. But near the beaches.
