Our stay at Carnside was perfect! The location was very convenient for our visit to Giant's Causeway, which is a quick easy walk. Upon arrival, we asked about dining options nearby, and immediately Ann made a call to the nearby Bushfoot Golf Club, to see if they had room for us that evening, and suggested we make the 40 minute walk along the oceanside path and return via taxi. The rooms are lovely and clean, with all the amenities you may need, and we had the bonus of a view of the neighbouring seaside towns directly from our bed. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to our busy day! Be sure to book an hour in the hot tubs, at sunset if you can, the view over the ocean is unbelievable! If we ever are lucky enough to visit Northern Ireland again, we will absolutely stay at Carnside! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Welcome to the Smugglers Inn....... We are a family run Hotel located on the famous Causeway Coastal Route and one mile from Northern Ireland's only UNESCO world heritage site, The Giant's Causeway. We are the closest Guest Inn to The Giant's Causeway. The Smugglers Inn is situated on an elevated site with panoramic views off the surrounding north Antrim coast and rural landscape. Our facilities include a fully licensed restaurant, a bistro, bar, free wi-fi and extensive free car parking at the rear of the property for cars and coaches.Upstairs we have twelve en suite rooms consisting of doubles, twins, family and executive bayview rooms. The Smugglers Inn is the perfect base to explore the unique and mythical attractions of Northern Ireland's North Antrim Coast including The Giant's Causeway, The medieval Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Irish Whiskey Distillery and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge.
We called in for an evening meal with our family to round off the trip to the North Coast. Main reason was that it was dog friendly and close to our camp site. Good menu selection of standard fare. Portion size was definitely on the large size! The Cod, Steak & Chicken Combo & Vegetarian options were all pleasant and the family was fed for under £100. Staff friendly but a couple clearly a little inexperienced "here is your vegetarian thingy"!!! This is probably common in a lot of places as they struggle to get staff Service was also a little slow and disorganised having to wait for about 10 minutes at the reception to pay the bill. All in all not a bad place for a family meal

The Causeway Tavern B&B is a licensed establishment located at the heart of the causeway coast 2.5 miles from Bushmills. We have 6 rooms all ensuite we are family run and pride ourselves in trying to bring the best service to our customers. Ideally located for the exploring tourist, close to Giants Causeway, Bushmills whiskey distillery and the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge and many more attractions....
I found the hotel and staff to be entirely Dishonest. I would recommend any travelers to Avoid this bed and breakfast. They don’t accommodate for anyone. They’re out to grab your money and they’ll give you nothing in return. Expect to pay and receive exactly nothing.

Lovely guest house in a quiet rural location. Our host went out their way to be helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with hairdryers, tea/coffee making facilities , lovely large bathroom and sockets beside the bed. I'd definitely here again and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Stopped here for one night during a coastal walk. Host was very considerate and helpful. Breakfast was filling and satisfying. My girlfriend really appreciated the latte from the coffee machine. But, like another reviewer, arriving in the late afternoon from a 12mile coastal walk, and finding no host on premises was dispiriting

We loved our stay with Anna! A great location just a few minutes from the town of Bushmills and Giant's Causeway. Anna gave us lots of tips for the surrounding area, suggested some lovely restaurants in Bushmills, and even brought me a hot toddy when she heard me coughing (I had come down with a horrid cold while traveling). The rooms were well-appointed, the beds are supremely comfortable, and the upstairs sitting room is a great space for reading and enjoying the view of the countryside. Anna had a nice supply of books, movies and even toys for younger guests. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, and there was a nice selection of tea in our room. We stayed for one night but wished we had booked three or four!

We had booked a room at Braeside B&B but actually needed 2 beds. Unfortunately there was a booking error so Joyce contacted us immediately and informed us, that we could not have the 2 beds room. We accepted a double bed, but when we arrived, we discovered that we had to share the bathroom with the guests in another room. Since we were in a position that we could not share a bathroom with others, we asked to cancel our reservation. Not only did Joyce accept this but she also went out of her way to help us find another place where we could get the bedarrangement and bathroom facility that we needed. So - we actully didn't stay at Braeside B&B but will certainly recommend it to others provided you accept the shared bathroom if there are other guests. Joyce really was so nice and helpful and not offended at all that we had a problem with the room provided for us.
