Very basic accommodation. Service is amazing ( though there is language gap ), people are very warm ...but many downsides especially if you go with children. Wifi is not working , no water is provided in the room. Very very basic room service . Everything is over priced in the village. However , village people are extremely warm .

Lovely guesthouse ! The most amazing place you can find in elephantine island. The garden looks luxurious and the venues are more than what you can expect for the price. We received a warm welcome and a great deal of trust. The personnel was very helpful and the owner helped us fill our days with lots of activities and visits. Careful with the drivers sometimes asking for more than they already got. Special thanks to Ahmed who was the best and most helpful driver of all.

It is an authentic hotel on the west shore of the river Nile of Aswan featuring the magnificent Nubian culture and by the way Anakato means “our home’’. It consists of 3 Nubian houses (Wer, Owy and Toski) characterized by the colorful decorations illustrating the Nubian civilization. Everything in the place is different! The amazing Nile view hugged by the desert gives you a great chance to isolate yourself from the daily hectic routine and just enjoy the tranquility and nature. Every inch in the place represents the Nubian culture; the walls, the rooms, the passage and the food as well . You will find countless activities to enjoy at the Anakato hotel ; a boat ride to discover the river Nile‘s mysteries, sand boarding, a camel ride, Nubian folklore, natural therapies like sand burial to cure various diseases such as rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis and masks which will leave your skin silky smooth.
This hotel is a scam! Do not stay with them. They brought us to a different place which does not look at all like the one on pictures or in the description. The service was also very bad with no airport pickup even though confirmed via email and breakfast served 45min late with a 2 hrs breakfast window

I booked a room at the nubian palace for a double room. The hotel is located in the heart of the Nubian village, and the hotel is very well decorated and pleasant, you are in perfect immersion in the village. The hosts are warm and welcoming, they are available and communicate if necessary by whatsapp. They organized for us our trip to Abu Simbel, which is very good if you do not want to have tourist prices or be asked for tips for each action. they speak very good english. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my journey and recommend.

Gracias!!
