Experience the Inuit way of life on a five day cruising adventure up the North Coast of Labrador. Your journey will take you to the five communities of Nunatsiavut, where you will meet many local residents and learn about the history of the Labrador Inuit through their stories, walk through historic sites of national significance, taste local wild foods, look for polar bears, seals, minke whales, and other wildlife, and enjoy many of the local crafts of the region.

Leaving the coastal of Burgeo you set sail for an hour across the Atlantic Ocean to the Ramea Islands. During the trip you can keep an eye open for whales, seals or porpoises as well of the birds that follow the vessel. Hopefully for a smooth crossing. On Tuesday and Thursday she carries to the remote community of Grey River.

A short drive from ST John's. Well worth the afternoon time investment. We drove around the island and the scenery views were beyond awesome.

Heading out on a two-week motorcycle tour of Central NL in early August we left on our anniversary day and had a very relaxing crossing; used the bar, the dining room and the seating lounge where we had purchased a key card for access. The boarding on the ferry was very organized, ample room for motorcycle parking and enough straps available. The lady working at the bar was super friendly. The staff in the family restaurant were a bit stressed; it was very busy; the fish & chips we ordered were very good. Outside the lounge, there was a coffee/ice cream bar and the wall between it and the lounge had some openings in the wall as part of the decor so it wasn't as quiet in the lounge as advertised on the website. When trying to rest it was annoying. Our return crossing NL to NS on a rainy day was spent in the lounge recliners with books and coffee. Again, the sounds from outside the lounge were distracting for those trying to rest.
I have a love for fishing and I’ve been doing it since I've been 3. I have lived in Newfoundland my whole life and love showing others the great outdoors.
We offer seasonal boat and kayak experiences in central Newfoundland, specifically around the Eastport peninsula.
