Cannot say how great this experience was. Ted was our guide and you can tell how much he truly cared about our experience! We went as a group of five from 31-64 years of age. Beautiful scenery and a fun adventure for all. Could not recommend this enough. Antelope canyon was closed but even if it was open, I am certain I would have rather been on this experience!

Please please If you care about your family or loved ones STAY AWAY This place is ran by kids (age 18-23ish) that DO NOT CARE about safety. Over the weekend I witnessed the most horrible negligent act I have ever seen. I was with there with my young family. And my five year old wanted to do the zip Line. Another man went done first and there was a a huge semi truck parked under the sip like and the man crashed into at a fast speed!! it was parked under the zipline and the kids running this place didn't even care enough to have it moved! They CLEARED the man to jump while standing right behind the truck! they were LOOKING AT IT! They either didn't care or are completely CLULESS to safety! This was so avoidable if one person spoke up! My other small children witness the entire ordeal and my 5 year old was next to jump it could of been him. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDRENS LIFE WITH THESE PEOPLE. I went SCREAMING back to get them not to send anymore people down the zipline. It toke over 1.5 hours for the man to get airlifted out. The next day I called the hotel and hotel staff wasn't even aware of the incident. The recreation manager told me that its not there concern. This Recreation manger was the most unprofessional uncaring person I have ever spoke to. He had no remorse or no explanation for what happened! He did not care that this has occurred. Where was he when this happened? Does anyone do safety checks They whole staff should of been alert and trained on safety! They are not using this tragedy to learn or change, Trust me he made that clear! The man ended up breaking his back and more I wont go into detail about for his privacy and my children are having nightmares. This was 100 percent avoidable if one person cared enough to ask this truck to move from under the zipline. I even spoke to the staff and asked them what was going on and they said that truck was here to deliver tents so they knew it was not supposed to be there!! They just did not care! I feel horrible for letting my son be in the hands of this irresponsible untrained staff! It is not wroth it. Do not risk your life with this company! Please find an experience trained place to handle your loved ones!
