We had attended strictly for the lunch at the restaurant, Horizons. They use nice fresh vegetables for their meals, which is my favorite part. Their fish and chips are arguably the best in the city. The service is top notch, assuming the casino ensures proper training of their staff. This restaurant is an adults only establishment and being located within the casino which ensures a mostly mature patron and very busy. Every table was full over noon hour on a Wednesday, which made the food service slightly slower but understandable.

We drove Calgary to Winnipeg in July and stopped here to stretch our legs and walk the dog. There are tennis courts, and a good playground with a small splash area. Small concession for ice cream. If you are driving across Canada this is a great place to stop for lunch and a break, especially with kids. Our GPS was a bit confused but we found the right entrance eventually (don't go over the small bridge - that road goes nowhere).

On a long shot we searched out this micro brewery in the industrial section of Swift Current and what a great find. Hillary the "barkeep" knows her stuff and welcomed us with enthusiasm and knowledge of their product. The eclectic beers on tap were outstanding as was the great pub atmosphere evidenced by a full house. Will definitely return on our next job assignment to SC.

Very friendly staff all around. First time here 3 adults & 2 teens. Nice course, greens were in good shape surprisingly with them having no rain down here. Price is average for this type of course. Will golf here again.

If you're on the Trans Canada Highway and need a fix of world class art, stop by Art Gallery of Swift Current, situated in the RC Dahl Centre. This gallery exhibits international works with a local connection, and shows changes seasonally. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus: no admission, but donations are welcome. They have an additional gallery location at the Doc's Town, Kinetic Park, called the West Wing Gallery, but we didn't get there. There's a library in the same building in case you information or some some distraction for the kids.

We are a pool hall/bar that has different events every weekend that range from live bands, karaoke, live DJ, Pool tournaments etc. Our venue is fantastic for hosting events, christmas or staff parties, or special events.
Went in to play some pool and have a couple beer. The beer was overprice paid for a mini jug what you would pay at most bars for a regular pitcher and that was a special. Someone lurking in the back room the whole time...MoreWe are now under new management and regret your poor experience in the past. We are working hard to provide the best service to our customers now and into the future.

You can hear the movie playing in the theatre next door over the movie you are watching! Bathrooms are seriously old and run down, the toilet doesn't stop running, and the bathroom fixtures are probably older than the building itself. Floors are sticky and gross. Last time I was there the manager was chewing the poor kid working behind the counter a new one, not what I want to hear as a customer (she was literally screaming) you would think that with the amount they charge for tickets and snacks they could afford to fix this place up, but they are the only movie theatre in town so I guess they just don't care. I never go to movies because of this.
