Bahrain Military Museum opened since 2013. It will present about historical staffs story about Bahrain. It is free for enter. Good for visit. It will take you about 30 minutes to 1 hour to finish your visit. Kids also will enjoy it. Museum has some historic documents about Bahrain. It will take you about 20 to 30 minutes driving from manama. If you visit Bahrain do not miss it.

The Royal Golf Club, acclaimed as Troon Golf's "Facility of the Year 2013", is conveniently located just 20-minutes drive from Bahrain's capital, Manama, and the same distance from the Saudi-Bahrain causeway. The Club's 7,102 yard, 18 Hole Par 72 Montgomerie course offers a unique blend of links and desert golf, taking advantage of Bahrain's natural rough desert terrain and combining it with vast manmade lakes. The Championship course is complemented by the Mini Monty 9-hole, Par 3 course which is ideal for beginners in the sport, junior golfers and those wishing to work on their short game. It is a scaled down version of its big brother with par 3 holes ranging in length from 60 to 140 yards. State-of-the-art floodlights are installed on the Back 9 holes of the Montgomerie course and across the whole of the Mini Monty course meaning that golfers can enjoy a relaxing round of golf day or night. Additional facilities at the Club include an Academy with shaded driving range bays and immaculate practice putting greens, a well-stocked Golf Shop, a Country Club with a cooled/heated swimming pool, and several award-winning restaurants.

My first golf experience is undeniably amazing. We booked 9hole Wee Monty course 24hrs in advance. We have been told about the procedures and dress code. When we arrived, the staff led us to the RGC shop to pay and check-in. If it is your first time, they will advise you to buy your own balls; 1 box is enough. (Gloves too if you want). Then you will be provided with set of golf clubs with trolley. Next, we proceeded to the practice range where swings are unlimited. :)) some staff are helpful and will even give you a quick guide on proper grip and swing. Then, after the practice, we headed to the course. It was easy, map will be provided as well a scoring card. The course are well directed and easy to locate. Refreshment is available within the field but it is a little bit pricey. I must say that I enjoyed every minute of it. Take your time to finish the course but also be mindful when the course is busy. The game is highly recommended to any group; whether couple, family or friends. It’s a great sport to unwind and socialize.

While enjoying the roundtrip to explore Manama we also visited this fort. This large area is remarkable as probably still parts are unexplored. When arriving at the top you can see a lot of Bahrain's surroundings. There is a nice bistro 'Saffron. Well maintained area and good for a stop!
